TODAY'S RECIPE IS Bread Egg Samosa Recipe | Crispy Bread Egg Snacks Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion 2 tbsp
Cook for 1 min
Carrot 2 tbsp
Capsicum 2 tbsp
Green chilli 2 pieces
Cook for 2 mins
Water 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Mix well
1 egg
Cook for 2 mins
Parsley 1 tbsp
Bread slice
Cut the edges
Apply water
Egg stuffing
Seal well
Fry until golden brown medium flame
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
