glad to see nat working harder and harder to become stronger and become thr best version of himself keep up the hard work man keep up the awesome content bro!
Absolutely love this episode, as a Thai guy. This video is so well representing the Thai culture. I mean Muay Thai, Thai food, Thai temples, Thai massage... bro had done a better job promoting Thai cultures than our cultural organizations. 😆🙏🏽
Much respect to you, Nat, for being open and courageous enough to put yourself in new experiences. I been following you a long time, and this is my favorite video so far! Excellent editing and content! ✌️
The editing and quality on this video is phenomenal. Really wasn’t expecting a full on travel vlog Thailand outside of training footage but please do more 🔥
So proud that you respect and try to train the real Muay Thai. With the basics of karate, you can become a great Muay Thai fighter. Wish you a Muay Thai champion soon. 🥊
Nat’s willingness to learn and train different martial arts and incorporate them in his overall skillset proves that he’s a true martial artist at heart 💪💪
i cant wait for the next episode. This episode was great Nat. The content switch is definitely much more interesting and fun to watch. All the support and love to you
Muay Thai will make you sronger , it 's real effective in both exercise and protection. Glad to see you love and practive Muay Thai, enjoy your days in Thailand.
man i just wanna say i'm proud of you. I've been following you for 1 year plus and seeing how much you go from small contents to doing much more improved contents, not to mention your martial arts skills, really shows how much you improved a lot. i recently been having existential crisis on my martial art journey especially about competing. seeing you able to take a much further step ahead and level up your game, inspires me even more to really try again. man you are always my inspiration, so happy to see you out there and improved a lot. hope to one day to actually met you and have a talk. i wish you luck on your martial arts journey and as a content creator. would love to see more of your contents soon. much thanks for being an inspiration for me and all of us, and much love.
You made the right decision by flying to learn the original Muay Thai and practicing the correct skills. and watched the fight at Ratchadamnoen It will make your perspective on Muay Thai more open. welcome to thailand The quality of your videos is great.
good video respect, but It’s interesting how something as simple as tweaking your daily routine can lead to major improvements in productivity. I’ve been exploring different strategies recently, and one approach I came across in The Ultimate Guide to Productivity and Personal Growth by Borlest really resonated with me. The idea of breaking tasks down into smaller steps and being mindful of how I spend my time has made a noticeable difference in how I approach my day. It’s not something I’d thought much about before, but applying just a few tips has already helped me stay more focused.
Damn... If this is your first time, then you must be really talented. You already perform most of the technique with good form (except for push kick/teep, which probably because of the karate front kick mechanic)
A bit of stance work is needed too but that's just a thing with switching arts in general! When I came from boxing my stance was... I don't even want to talk about it. He just needs more body conditioning to be confident enough to put his hands slightly higher and be more rigid in some places (shoulders were too relaxed; don't tense them up but a completely loosened muscle is not a good idea). Insane for a "beginner" though, took me months to get from boxing to where he's at!
As someone whose been here from the start of the channel, I really like this transition to beyond the home dojo content, especially the training and nutrition aspect. Funny enough, I decided to rewatch the movie Kickboxer today with Jean Claude Van Dam where he actually went to those religious sites you went to :D
Awesome video mate🔥👊 I like the mixture of training routine and a bit of culture and sightseeing in Thailand. It's a beautiful country with rich history and amazing architecture. When it comes to Muay Thai, in my view you did pretty well. Coming from a karate background surely helped, even though MT is a completely different martial art. Your MT moves look very good. Thank you for sharing this experience.
This is awesome! 🌟 It's so interesting to see how a karate athlete adapts to the techniques and culture of Muay Thai in Thailand. The differences in style really highlight the beauty of martial arts! Can't wait to see more of your journey! 🥋🇹🇭
Nat, all i can say is you’d be a kickboxing/muay thai beast. There are kickboxing champions who have a karate background and they have excelled in kickboxing fights. Try to work more on kicking like a thai. They are so good with the hip rotation and the way they slam their shins into the bag. Its as if their leg is a whip. Also try make the hand swing more better alongside keeping the back hand up.
Great vid Nat! As a fellow UK black belt in karate I have always found you a massive inspiration. You are tempting me to take a gap year and train Maui Thai in Thailand 😭
Great stuff mate. keep learning from your journey. I always have respect for people who step into the ring - be it sparing or a real fight. I've practiced boxing, kick boxing and now i'm having fun with Muay Thai and BJJ. I absolutely love Muay Thai. And while a real fight might be off the table (refused to do it when I was younger) I'm going to have fun with Muay Thai and just trying to stay in shape - and from time to time some hard sparing - because that is awesome. Keep doing you.
Wow, this is a very good video bro!! I'm thai that have been following you in UA-cam for a long time. I'm very happy to see you come and train muay thai in thailand. Good work brother. Thank you for coming to thailand bro.🙏🙏👍

I loved the video. I could see two Nats: one used and focused in training and one mor shy when it comes to show "private" things (like travelling or eating). Keep going on!
Actually, I used to lightly train in Muay Thai before trying karate, and I really enjoyed it. I just now got a chance to pick it up again through a university club and casually train it one time a week as a side hustle to my karate. So, the Muay Thai class/practice is like right before one of my karate classes, and I found it actually really helped me loosen up and be smoother in my free sparring movements for karate! It's amazing how all the different martial arts styles can help each other.
A thai viewer here. Appreciate you trying out our culture, Nat.
Thanks for welcoming me🤝
The trainers must have loved teaching a beginner that was so athletically capable
The shifting between a food vlog to tourism to combat was lovely incredible video

You can still see glances of that karate style when he is kicking, its hard to let go of old habbits
He should embrace it tho, he has got a good style for mma and self defense situations
