How fast is your boat? What prop twist are you using? I'm about to put the same engine on my 1972 StarCraft 16'.
28mph solo with the stock 12p prop. I don't go out solo much so mph could have changed since after break-in period. 26mph full loaded gear and passenger in salt or freshwater
