Loving this simple and well guided stretch routine. Just what I needed after a long day stuck at an office desk. Day 2 of the Advent Challenge, done :)
Fantastic program for increasing flexibility. Really appreciate all the content you’re putting out. Since you asked for thoughts on other videos, here are a few: (1) how to think about putting together an overall program using your video content (e.g., how many days a week, how you might suggest mixing and matching); (2) extended workouts (say 30 or 40 minutes); (3) more follow alongs with different exercises so that you can switch them up (e.g., another 10 minute ab or 20 minute kettlebell but with different content to keep it fresh); (4) thoughts on nutrition. Frankly, everything you’re putting out is pure gold.

I really like your 10 mins stretching and 30 mins dumbell workout videos, I created a 6-days a week workout plan, each plan contains 30 mins strength video, a 10 mins core video and a 10 mins stretching video. Now I also do a 10 mins stretching everying morning.
I love your videos. I'm on a weight loss journey. Your videos are helping stay focused. I feel so good after each stretch. I can't wait for tomorrow 😊.
Like the video but wish there were more for neck and shoulders along with it. I like dynamic stretches for before a workout but need one with true full body, including neck and shoulders
Love this! Worked on some of my desk sitting tightness but also my legs from your workouts and running. 😊. You might have already done it but a stretch video for some of the smaller muscle groups (calf, shoulder, bicep, tricep, forearm) and joint mobility like ankles and wrists. 👍

Yes do this 10min standing only routine ua-cam.com/video/8pDO5Qm3-DQ/v-deo.html (it says it’s for runner but works well as a standing stretch routine also)
Try using yoga blocks under hands to support higher position, you don’t need to be fully upright, just try not to hunch back too much as it puts focus into spinal flexion rather than hamstring stretch at the hip.
What kind of ‘follow alongs’ would you like to see more of? I’ll get on it!
this felt so good. I'd like some absolute beginners workouts 10 Minute no equipment etc. That's all I can carve out at the moment.

The first 3 minutes of the work out why can’t I get into them positions? It seriously hurts to try and I can’t get any where near that position
Elevate your hips sitting on some large yoga blocks, thick cushion or 2 smaller ones to make first few stretches easier 👍🏼

And not fall over doing the hamstring stretch
