Nerfing things while missing the whole real problem and getting useless buffs, warr spear was called bloated, a weapon with no mobility, no boons, 3 skillshots, just does dmg, meanwhile mesmer and guard spear lmao
I just dont understand why Spear 5 has a higher CD with lower on-evade CD: Instead of: *Either* A higher CD with the same high, rewarding 6s reset OR a Lower Base CD with no reset. That always seemed like such a !?!? aka. "Hey look we did something!" I still have no idea why the reset is there at all other than just to say it is.

This is what happens when someone that used to be a player becomes a dev. They think they know best from time on the game, Not time from both sides of the screen. This phenomenon is also referred too as, a New Broom Sweeps the most.
Yeah you summed up the spear nerf perfectly. Nerf one skill, not both. I made a suggestion on the balance preview forum to make the spear Swipe a melee attack so you can't reflect it into yourself. Also speed up cast time or make radius of spear 3 better to compensate spearmarshals nerf
Nice video like always :) :) Spellbreaker itself is not the problem. Do you remember 2 years ago when spellbreaker was run with strength? squishy but actually really fun. Then came the buffs to defense and that was the point when it got "ugly". Before this Buff spellbreaker was only durable when played really well. So my point is : don't nerf spellbreaker f2, nerf defense and bring back Strength spellbreaker.
spellbreaker holds 90% of warrior's whole boon removal, Has literally direct improvement to adrenaline mechanic, has incomparably better acces to protection than core or zerker, and its only warrior speck wit universal defensive skill in its mechanic. I don't want to cal for nerfs, but there's just too much of a gap between SPB and rest of the class to ignore. Either SPB needs nerfs or BOTH other specks need reworks. and at this point i don't know what is more likely.
@@captaincrapface7337 it is undeniable that spellbreaker is the only real usable specialization of warrior. In a perfect world they would nerf defense so there is space again for Strength spellbreaker, which was the a lot more healthy version imo. With strength spb back there would be no need to nerf f2. Of course it shouldn't be that both bladesworn and berserker are meme options like they are right now, and again in a perfect world they would fix both these meme specialisation so all 3 can be on the same level.
Support spellbreaker is also not quite strong enough for tournament play, and the coming buffs will only partially offset the nerfs to staff. But in a funny twist, it's very well adapted for Push. I stayed in the top 10 the whole Push season playing full support spb.
While I dislike how warrior staff was being used, I honestly would've just nerfed (like paladin) or outright removed heretic amulet, as the only thing its accomplishing is making it harder to balance the difference between power duelist and support.
I played spb post nerf on str disc spb - gs, mace/dagger/sword and shield. I went back to the old days where hitting ppl for 14k hundered blades was a part of the game. Sadly somehow this upcomming update did not change a single thing also for engineer who is completely gutted and borderline unplayable on any spec
I am bad at remembering names, but i remeber i saw someone with exactly same armor skin in pvp loby. I suggested him to take the Lion cape instead of the Kayneng flying cape 😀9/10 of time you are looking at the backpiece with foots on the ground and not flying anyway.
im pretty sure that theres no main warrior on anet balance team. for their shame i'll still keep playing warrior everywhere and outperforming everyone, this is the way

I'll be honest with you. This is yet another bullshit take upon warrior. You surely realised, that spellbreaker is the only playable way for warriors. Core, Berserker and Bladeshit are out of league and yet asking for another nerf, after they already gave spear that nerf, is absurdly stupid. They've already nerfed full counter. Not only it barely does any significant damage, which it still should, but it also already has an increased cooldown despite playing with discipline. Why you play without discipline as I kept noticing in your videos, I'm not sure of, but that's definitely the reason you can't beat a spellbreaker without it. Correct me if I'm wrong when I say this: You've been kinda praising the other weapons in your previous video but most of them are actually trash. So why would you want another nerf on spear even? The F1 and #4 in particular. About F1 you'd want a nerf but Spearmarshals Support, you're unsure, yet that's enough for me to suspect you'd want a nerf for that, too. At this point, I'm not sure you've gotta be taken seriously anymore. Warrior is a very limited class. On specs and weapons. You shouldn't want more nerfs upon a class that can be barely played, and ofc enjoyed while Anet is just milking cash when they gave us a weapon we already had in first place, just that we use it on land. They're using their options sparingly with each expansion. But anyway, I sidetracked with this here and think you should reflect your perspectives upon warrior differently, alas even if I'm just one person, I've got no longer the will to support your work when this and the previous videos appear to be uncalled for. Cant blame the only spec that can be played when the water guy is incompetent to make better balancing choices.
I'm not asking for nerfs. I'm predicting they will happen. I'm warning you, and others thet they will happen, becouse arena is *very good* (sarcasm) at balancing warrior. Should I be taken seriously? - to certain extent yes. Unfortunately we do face the problem, that SPB is a counter to both Zerker, and Sworn, so we're kinda stuck in warrior eats warrior world. I unfortunatly don't believe we CAN get either of two warrior specks starting with B fixed. That would be positive suprize to me. For now we gotta learn how to fight 2x spellbreaker teamcomps, because that's what we'll see for the next 3 months at least. And mark my word, they'll find something ridicolous to nerf on warrior, come next patch.

The nerf to Staff burst makes me not want to play Staff at all anymore in PvE.
