This dirty carpet l cleaned today was heavily dirty and terrible condition. l can't say it was very difficult to clean this carpet. Since it is a thin carpet, it did not bother me much. Surely having the rug up a few inches off the ground on a metal rack while getting the bulk of the mud etc off the rug would save cleaning agents , water and labor……..it’s like you push from front to back and back to front instead of the mud , dirty water etc getting away .

I highly recommend bodywork and massage therapy. It's not just a pampering thing. Massage therapy will help you feel much better and keep your body going in your "old age" lol
