    What a beautiful, knowledgeable, graceful, kind, woman, and a doctor. You basically asked her everything.
    You really wanted those views . Poor thing was sitting in answering all those questions so beneficial for people who don’t know about skin care. I hope you gave her nice gift or something.

    Hi Traya Health. You are bringing out amazingly informative health content.
    Please bring some more content on Ayurveda & Mental health. I have been recently watching a channel, Dr. Aparna - Global Ayurveda & Psychotherapy. The content is really good. If you could bring in more about Ayurvedic-Psychotherapy. Our Ancient Indian Legacy that would be really exciting.
    Keep Growing. Thanks.

    In other podcast Rashmi shetty a famous dermatologist said dt hyaluronic acid should not be used on dry skin,and you r saying reverse.whom should we believe in???does really these all things r necessary on skin???can't we live just like that????

    • @fruitymist2361
      @fruitymist2361 5 місяців тому

      Actually. We need to understand our skin. My skin used to be dry flaky and small red bumps would appear on my skin which i thought were acne and I was getting treatment about it. Besides using hyaluronic acid was not doing anything to my dry skin which was always irritated and itchy. For years I suffered from this. This dryness was making me mad. And then i came across a video in which it was mentioned that such condition can be because of the dandruff that has spread to your face. After using anti dandruff shampoo to wash my face and just moisturize it afterwards. My skin was back to normal in a week. So yeah we don't need many products. Skin care is minimal. Moisturizer and sunscreen and a basic gentle cleanser is all you need
