- April 6 -- Dominique Crenn, co-owner and chef at Atelier Crenn in San Francisco’s Cow Hollow district, focuses on cuisine as a craft and the community as an inspiration. In this video Chef Crenn explains the design behind her food. Chef Crenn is participating in the Bloomberg Businessweek Design Conference on April 11, 2016 in San Francisco.
Look how amazing her restaurant is!! The wood looking plate the poem to bring you into her mindset and to set the vibe. Creating a theme. Then using elements of nature onto the dish ughh I love her!

It’s amazing how different her Walk in the Woods dish with mushrooms is from Contreras’ Walk in the Forest. I’ve only had the former, twice. Love to try the dessert.

I went for my birthday and it was too strong for my taste. I'm sure some people would love it, but for me it was too piney and rich.
