Is it possible to get a little more information on the dish served at 1:07? The "French Toast, Alba Truffle and 100 YO vinegar"? I would love to know what the white creamy substance, under the shavingsof ruffle was! Thanks! Everything looks amazing btw!
Nice... Excatly the same menu as the one I had there in December. The Kagoshima beef was easily the meat dish I had last year. (If you ask nice they may give you a second serving).
