      You: Maybe a business reliant on customers entering a building isn't sustainable.
      Meanwhile millionaires of Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc were unimpeded during the same time able to rake in more money than ever.

      it's more an experience. i assure you with the size of the portions, a 15 course meal is the equivalent of 1 at the cheesecake factory.

      I was lucky enough to go to her restaurant and Arlette is right: it's 15 courses over a couple hours but FAR less food than you'd get at a Cheesecake Factory or Bucca di Beppo. It's more like going to an art gallery, theatre show, and restaurant all rolled into one. A true experience I'll remember forever.
