Loving your content Alessia, both in learning new things which helps my play, but also in the fact that you're damn funny when doing the games and videos 🙂 Looking forward to more vids.
The problem with explaining your moves is you talking very fast. My brain is overloaded. But that's because I'm a slow thinker. Also 17:35 e6 (glad i paused the video and worked it out myself)
Assuming I understand your suggestion (my Italian is very basic), I don't think it works. After Bf4 (pinning the knight to the queen) and Bxf2+, white can play Qxf2 (instead of Kxf2). Then if black still played the fork Nd3 (at this point, Rf6 is probably better but still insufficient), they would be doing so without the benefit of a check. This leaves black exposed to Bxc7, Nxf2, Kxf2, leaving them down 2 pieces, as far as I can determine. (Apologies if I misunderstood and am commenting on something you didn't actually say.)
It's just small sample size, as someone rated 1600 myself I recently lost some games even though I didn't make any significant blunders and had accuracy over 90, but 1600 rated players aren't easy man...
@@joejacquesschulz8514Is the last game someone having a bad day, or someone forgetting basic opening principles? And they're higher rated then me? How??
Thanks heavens someone else can't stand the London system. Thought I was the only one! So many club players and wannabees are trying to copy the London system (which is similar to the reversed Caro-Kann for white - advanced variation/line). Reminds me of the Veresov-Richter set up, which seems a little better than the London. Granted the London system is a little better than the Colle system which is passive on a good day. Eight pawns, sixteen possible opening pawn moves (Realistically 3 main pawn openings 1.e4, 1.d4 and 1.c4) not including the 1.Nf3 Reti and perhaps 1.Nc3 which is a bit non committal and sub optimal. All the patzers trying to play the London system because they watched a few videos on youtube. It does help if you play an opening several hundred times if not thousands before one can claim to be an expert in it. Of course some Super GM will play another trendy opening and the London system will fall out of fashion very soon. Brilliant video Alessia. Grazie
A couple of videos ago you thanked us for our wholesomeness in the comments. Does this mean you'd rather us not tell any dirty jokes? Or in this case, a rude story? Even if it's chess-related?
I am always pleased to watch the destruction of the openings I hate : Philidor, London. ( and I hate them because I don't feel confortable facing them. ) However, watching those videos feels like watching kids being harassed, a little bit. This is kind of violent, in a way ( I am not saying this too seriously ). By the way, I was a bit shocked to see the last game. The opponent played some non principaled moves there ! Thank you for your work and your time, Alessia. Please don't mind my critical views too much. Matthieu
So funny you go as "... the Grob". Your favourite opening is named after Swiss master Henry Grob. In his home country his surname means "rough". Watching your charming and elegant presentations the adjective "rough" doesn't come to mind at all...🙃😉😉🤣🤣🤣
Game 3: Isn't that called like a Semi-Slav defense with the black pawn pyramid? Also, at 17:34 maybe the threat is just e6 (threatening Qf7#) and after Ne5 (defending the f7 square) maybe White has something like Re1 (doesn't matter which Rook) preparing to sacrifice *THE ROOK!!!* for the Knight to proceed with the checkmate again? So the line is Qxf2, e6, Ne5, Rhd1 and how does Black defend? Now I see Rh6 (threatening the Queen) but after e7+, Kxe7, Rxe5+!, forcing fxe5 but then Qxg7+, forking the King and the Rook, winning it. So, in the end, Qxf2, e6, Ne5, Rhd1, Rh6, e7+, Kxe7, Rxe5+, fxe5, Qxg7+, Kd8, Qxh6 I guess White is up a pawn, I don't know, brain hurt🥲 Also, don't worry about the screams. My ears are _definitely_ not bleeding right now

Adorable chess lessons we are having here through these videos... Thanks, Alessia.

I'm now at 800 elo thanks to your checklist! Greatly appreciated GGz!
Yes this series very good 👍 I am also getting help 😊
Finally, Alesssia did not only embrace the London System…but also the ‘BBC’. We are watching history being made 🫡
Hau Alex you're here too😅
I appreciate your Caro videos💪
BBC?😰
i like your videos so much, you explain things so easily and i don't have to memorize all those 1 million theories. thank you
17:32 After e6 you have to give up a rook for the pawn to avoid Lobster Pincer mate.
4:20 I'm dying 🤣🤣
My chess thinking has improved by watching these 18days, now am just bad instead of really bad, thank you Allesia ❤
i love your videos they helped me improve so much
At 17:32 she lets e pawn to advance, which will cause her a rook or even worse, mate.
Much more fun way of learning Chess. Thankyou 😊
At 16:45 the knight could have taken on g7 and gotten an advantage. Either up a pawn, or three pawns and rook for knight and bishop
"Yey what did i do bad in my life to have a closed diagonal...!"😂😂😂😂😂😂
You’re a natural UA-camr. Do your thing, girl. Shine bright like a diamond. ;)
5:00 I was waiting forever for f5 around here and it just didn’t happen.

you can play the video with less tempo, see the settings...
I really love this content.keep up alessia!
I really like this videos i hit 1100 because of u thanks so much
you ar an absolute beast on the board omfg
You're not explaining to fast. It's good!
8:29 you should do early this move.
Alessia why are You so good?!
14:45
I hope you know what bbc means I know in chess as a joke it’s big black center but it’s usually something else😅
16:45 Bxe6 Qxe6 , Nxf6 gxf6 , Qxf6 is a draw.
16:45 Nh6 is better

A black knight on d3 doesn't attack the white bishop on g5.
@@joejacquesschulz8514 when the Bishop pins the knight its not on g5 its on f4

My favorite video every day!!’
I thought my video player was running at 2x speed. It was running at normal speed
The 1600s are playing worse than the 1200's did
Everybody has a bad day every now and then.
If u look into like 20 or 30 games of a 1200 account u will see they do get brilliant games but most are a mess (im 1200 btw)

Your eyes says u re tired ...
why do 1200 elo play better than 1600 :)

the only way you are doing this is if you were 2000 or higher to start. its easy to tell from your commentary that you are not a novice.
Well, yes. It's a speedrun for content. She's 2162 FIDE which is much stronger than a 2000 online rating
It's a speed run account. She's rated over 2000 somewhere I think. Been a while since I've checked the original profile.
Yea shes 2100 otb, you actually have to have permission from the app to do these speedruns
😮😮😮
Day 3 of gaining 69 elo
Lol I accidentally played a shit system chapter, haha 😂
4:35 Invincibile position Black
22:07 that's a frank mode there
this is better than nelson
Lets gooo alessia i hope you get to 2000 soon
She is already 2100 FIDE..lol
Big blunder 😮

-14:38 sooo adorable vibin and exploiting the zugzwang, felt embarrassed and sent a "whatever" xDD I was vibin with the cute moves tho 😂

Addictive channel Alessia. I hope you're prepared to get the highest rated chess channel.
Her boyfriend is a very lucky man: she's smart, funny and good looking
17:45 e6 ne5, e7 kxe7, qg7 (if) nf7, re1 and it should be close to mate.
22:27 : Two Bishops Fatal
What's BBC?
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
2:50 what does bbc mean
Big Boys's Center reffering to the two pawns in the center.
2:48 what's BBC? I only know one BBC... okay.. maybe two... none of which fits here
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 she is talking about big black center. but i knw what u mean 😂😂😂😂 that might fit somewhere else 😂😂😂😂😂
For some reason I thought she's calling the bishop, BBC😂😂
BBC stands for Big Boys's Center, reffering to the two strong pawns in the center

Ne5 would attack the queen also so that means that Rhd1 is not possible. I have no idea what the move actually is tho
