This is probably the best speedrun on UA-cam right now for n00bs like me. I enjoy watching Hikaru games, but Alessia speedrun is a great learning experience.
You’re doing a great job playing, I’m sure you will reach 2,000 ELO. I have a long ways to go even before I reach the advanced chess level. Good luck getting past 2,000.
King goes to c4 and when the Knight takes the Bishop: b4-b5. In case of a4-a3 King goes to b3, attacking Knight and Pawn. That would be the topic I once asked you to cover: Not only the Knight, but also the King is able to attack to pieces at once, given the chance...
these videos are amazing. I love hearing your constant thoughts on these positions. You have winning thoughts throughout the game caused by positional moves. I need to learn the more simple positional moves but the magic seems to happen from those improving moves. thank you for this series of videos.
Just used your variation against Piric, sacked a couple of pwns but got the W, what a way to gang up quickly on the fianchetod black bishop, thanks again Allesia. :)
It has to be king c4, because if king a5, after knight takes bishop, you gotta push the pawn (else its a draw if knight takes it), then knight goes to c3 and you gotta push again (else black takes and it's a draw again) and now the black pawn can queen. With king c4 you get closer to both, and actually cover the c3 square from the knight, and you can push the pawn and always defend against enemy pawn promoting
İts right but the Ka5 is better i guess because if the opponent takes the bishop you can just Simply take the pawn or push the white pawn. This move prevents the black pawns promote.
@@artemeditativa its not that good but if you just push the pawn when the opponent takes the bishop its going be the same thing but you can just prevent the promote of black pawn maybe im wrong..
new subscriber ..indeed even with that situation 26:28 u still winnin king to a5 n after black knight to a2 taking the bishop u simply take that little pawny he couldn't take back ur pawn so he should give a check and then u just push both king and pawn .. n with the time he has and all that scenario ez win .
He can take back the pawn after kxa4, because it’ll be stealmate for low material. The right move is king in c4, after black knight takes the bishop there is white knight on d3 that control the b4 square and the black knight can’t jump in it to block the passed pawn, so the white pawn can be pushed protected by the king ✌🏻
I also thought the answer was c5 but checking with the engine and tablebase, the only winning move is c4 because the white king must run down the black pawn as well as have b4 pawn must outrun the black knight
This is even better than the Chess Brah habits series. IMHO you currently have the best rating climb for beginners and low rated players. Your moves are extremely logical and easy to understand.
now my rating is around 1000 after watching these videos I feel the logic behind every move these videos have been really really helpful!
A few youtubers are doing rating climbs, but yours is easily the best. I feel I'm learning and my elo has improved. Really enjoying it. :)
Daily dose of Alessia

Your play-by-play analysis is as good as any NHL hockey broadcaster...wonderfully done!
... and she comments while playing. I dare hockey broadcasters to do the same.
I looked at your account, your games are so accurate and you explain the moves so well in the analysis. Keep it up. It helps me get better.
Amazing tutorial under pressure. I love how calm you are, even when you had hardly any time on the clock. Thanks for sharing. :)

Well done 💪🏾
What's your rapid rating?
I really like your videos. And because of you, I had a 93.6 accurcy game today!
Same bruv i had 91 accuracy yesterday
I had 98% accuracy one game. It was crazy
This content is brilliant. It’s you, Alissa , that is brilliant, by just being yourself without filter is so captivating.

The day isn’t a good day unless we get an Alessia video!
She is the example of hardwork
The second game was awesome
If I were to keep on keeping on, this is where I’d want them being shown. Excellent job Aliessa
Oops Alessia, did I spell that wrong, eh, my bad.
I love your vids
that ending a pawn down was amazing
Nice video, I liked the part with the chess
🤣🤣🤣

It looks like in game 2 white was playing an English Botvinnik without the fianchettoed Bishop and the Knight on f3 instead of e2q
amazing series.
My guess would be Kc4 with the idea Na2: b5 and the white pawn should be able to promote
İts right but the Ka5 is better i guess because if the opponent takes the bishop you can just Simply take the pawn or push the white pawn. This move prevents the black pawns promote.
@@Enver-AytekinIf you take the pawn in A5, the opponent will take your pawn in B5 and it's a draw for lack of material.

Ohh i see it right now its going to be worse black pawn is going to promote

He can take the pawny because it will be a draw
The spoiler, lol 😄 Especially coupled with the serious face.
Is the last puzzle answer king c5
I used to be 1800 rated , now after this video im 1200
At 15:09, wouldn't Ng4 be a good move instead of castling? Either you get a fork or you win a pawn.
never mind.
How dare 2+5 try to fork you! That was very sneaky!
Bbc is necessary in chess game
I love when you cal pawns pony
2:48 that's called fork
Pretty sure she knows, since she's said it a million other times. She even has a fork on the desk.
Amazings chess skills, her mind is faster then she can speak.
those forks your opponent had deserved an emogie :)
Am I high or was 10:14 absolute bars
If you got forked you can play king A6 and your pawn can eventually promote
Kc4 and you still win!
I am disappointed, you were not so happy when you got cheese macaroni !
Getting forked two times is crazy 😭
Alessia queen grob Ms. Pac-Man 😂.
Alessia I’m so close to 1,000. But I’m a bit hard stuck. Maybe less games per day? 😅
Ka5...Nxa2
B5
4:26 dont you have bh6?
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The wining move is king c5

Ggs 😁
Where's the win at 14:03

nice
At 4:30 it seems like Qh5+ wins the knight after the check, anyone else see this?
Not sure but after g6 (see their queen is protecting the knight) and after white queen goes somewhere Kf4 is a checkmate threat.
Proof y’all luv my games!! Y’all learning? Eh, goodbye chess world. Enjoy ‘‘em while ya can.
Not to brag but I got to 2000 elo in a day!
Damn can you be my coach
Armenian player ❤

Hey let’s get her to 100k share with some friends.
