Hope so, us 18v users are starting to feel second class to all the 40v stuff that keeps on coming out
10ah would suit me fine for a number of items, namely
      1. My lawnmower
      2. Leaf blower
      3. My hand blower (one of the best little tools I have ever purchased)
I will believe it when I see it though...

Great video tools. Personally I'm still waiting for a tool company that come up with a saw designed and made for the plumbing and water industry. I know that the band saws can do UpTo 100mm PVC but if a company could come up with one that could cut through 500mm pe instead of having to use chainsaws and spending all the time cleaning up the ends to be able to weld it effectively. One thought was something like what the forestry industry uses for harvesting trees with the clamps and the blade that comes down. Also wouldn't Makitas connect x battery be the answer to the Milwaukee MX fuel ones.

What’s the best compact/lightweight makita driver? Been considering getting the DDF083Z.. it’s brushless and 18v, so I have plenty extra batteries. 2.4 without battery, 3lb with 2.0ah. Made in china.
Other option from Makita is DF030D. Not brushless, and it’s 12v line. 2lbs with battery. Very old, but made in Japan.
