Washing can be included in toilet training...in certain cases it might not be possible to teach both parts of this skill simultaneously.

My son (4.5 years) used to go toilet after the command is given, after he enters bathroom he will do all things as own, but the problem is he doesn't convey that he needs to go bathroom and he will pass the urine in bedroom or wherever he is playing.
As soon as he gives signal that he has urge to go like holding his pants, if command is given "go to bathroom' he will go and do things like normal.
How to teach him that he has to go on its own to bathroom to pass urine and stool after he feels to pass.
