As an igo dealer here In Canada there is 9 levels of assist you can also change the voltage to battery percentage. Also if you hold down the minus button It is for walk assist
9 is way too many. I get a sore thumb! Btw there should also be a cruise control feature like so many other bikes these days. I set mine to 5 levels of power assist and it's better. I know of others who use 3. I might try it sometime.
Just purchased the Discovery Berri - has 26 inch wheels. 2 days of riding: Brakes are awesome, good overall feel.(solid)good range. Performance of 9 levels of assist, not impressed. Also a consideration in purchasing was the iGO connect app which is not currently available (pending approval by iOS and Android )here in Canada. More testing required.
I have the New folding Royal and the assist is so so here as well. The throttle is very weak on all levels but 7-8-9. In fact, I can sit on the bike at assist 5 and with the throttle held down to the maximum the bike can't move me. 3 or 5 assist levels would be better.

Pete: this is the best iGO review online. Woman here in my town is recent widow and selling me her Atwater for $1000 cash, that her husband bought new late 2021. Lightly used and though I know nothing about them, always wanted to give an E-bike a try so thought it was a very decent deal. I'm assuming here that I can set it to economy mode and just let it be as my area is reasonably flat and my legs reasonably strong. Thanks again for a great review.
I would never recommend this company, their service when you need parts is Terrible terrible terrible. You can only communicate with emails and they take weeks to respond to your emails so frustrating I have been waiting since June to get a monitor. Please don’t support this company
I notice that you use the wattage Drained by the motor as a measure of it's power. That is Wrong. A 250 or 500 or 750 motor CONSUMES that amount, it does not produce that amount. You use it as a measure of power developed, and it is exactly the Opposite, it is power consumed. Do you Understand the meaning of the word TORQUE? That is the correct way to represent power developed. TORQUE, not your stupid wattage terms, when talking about electric motor performance.

You get better deal with rad power bike or voltbike with that price ,not sure why this bike worth that much
