One of the MAJOR reason for owning an e-bike is disability or partial disability. If you have dodgy joints, heart problems, or have other medical reasons for having difficulty with a "normal" bike, then e-bikes can go a long way towards getting you (back) on a bike. This is great for health, and fun. I know "real" cyclists like to look down on e-bikes as "cheating", but for some of us that's the only way we can enjoy cycling again.
Absolutely. I'm 61 with heart problems. I tried riding a regular bike but my heart went nuts. The only way I can ride a bike is to use an electric one. I'm in the market now and I don't give a RATZ AZZ if "real" cyclists think I'm cheating. I just want to get out in the fresh air and have some fun. I've got 2 fingers for anybody who tries to make me feel bad about using an electric bike.
@@michaelvincent8306 Sorry to hear that. We all have some kind of issue as we age. I've been walking a lot and really enjoy it, but I'm looking at the bike as more of a hobby and not exercise. Glad to see you turned over a new leaf. I've only watched 1 other video of yours and it had me quite upset. Not everyone has 4-10,000 dollars to spend for a bike. I got my wife and I a pair of e-bikes for $3,200 for both. That enabled us to be able to get out and get some exercise and fresh air. We are in our 60's and the electric assist of an e-bike is the only way we could get out and enjoy biking again. And even with our limited income, this was doable. This video was very informative and enjoyable to watch. I have liked and subscribed. Thank you. 🙂👍👌

@@brianbassett4379 "Quality costs"??? Not in this day and age. I don't know what secluded life you've lived in, but you can get a lot of quality things for very little money today. Which ones have petal torque sensors
You can buy a brand Ebie with up to 25000 watt wheel ,but component s exactly same as Chinese bike s , brand bike s are designed by other s but made in China ,so pay a lot more because of name so more profit , best option to save money ,is to buy china brand you like say 1000 watt motor 20 amph batterie ,then later buy upgrade kit and fit yourself
Can you give me one of the bikes please?
Yea I don’t see the point of kicking these bikes down. I don’t think this is the channel for my time.
Not everyone has 5k to spend on a bike especially when some scrote is gonna nick it.
Why would anyone listen to someone that has owned 25 ebikes? I've learned not to listen to anyone trying to profit off you.
mid-drive or hub motor??
Hub motor.
Mid-drives put Alot of strain on both the chain and derailleur.
That translates into more maintenance and repairs.
If that's aĺl they are to you pack the fastest one up and send it to me! I lost my disability income and need to be able to get across the city and arrive sweat free, maybe. Someone like me would really value a decent machine to get around. Simply put I can't afford what they want for ebikes!! I'll pay shipping and maybe a bit more for your time to pack it!
Best e bike ever is the MOTO PARILLA
Give me those bikes, if you don’t need them ☝️
You lost me when you send sellers from China keep sending you ebikes 😂😂😂
I have had 2 electric bikes. One last almost a year and the second one lasted a month. What a waste of serious money. No place to service them and zero parts for them. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!
I'll take one if you don't want it.
Keep away from these big tyre ebikes. Instead, go for a bike with something like 20 inch,
2.3 - 3 inch tyres. Weight should be 30 kg, (or less). For a decent ebike, you would need to
pay upwards of $1,000. Just remember, you get what you pay for !
My Propella 7s v4 weighs 33lb and 37lb with the battery.....keep your clunkers...
I have learned that fat tire bikes make the worse ebikes.
U don't show specific details talk to fast we really need to hear the details you are going to fast

Can I have one> I can pay shipping
I wonder how many of them blaze in flames during charging... 😅
on an unlucky day probably most. these are walmart style bikes with cheap electronic components added on. they arent great especially not compared to an actually good ebike from actual bike brands.
Junk that is good only for an occasional rider.
What would you recommend?
@@smileychessif you do some serious riding a bike from an actual bike company will be hugely better. less risk of it turning into a fire. also much better quality, will last you years to come. brands like Specialized, haibike, trek, canyon, cube come to mind.
Yall getting on my nerves, wait till you see WhistlinDiesel
I wish someone would send me a free e bike. I can't afford to buy one.
I can have it if you don’t want it 🙏

Can you please send me one for free. I lost my car and I need transportation really badly.
When you see old school 12mm axles with nuts on the end (probably with cup and cone hubs) you know you are buying trash
Mine came with quick release, i upgraded it back to a solid axle. Stiffened up the front handling.
