@user-tl3ck7oq9r so as far as gas mileage, I usually get around 70 miles a gallon. It's got a pretty fun power band. definitely not fast by any means but fast enough to get around slow traffic. Tbh the stock exhaust sounds like a Dyson, but it can be fixed with an akro slip on. It'll give it a little more bass, and it won't be obnoxiously loud.
My hack with getting the bike on the bike stand, put the kick stand down on a brick, or something 3-4 inches tall. Then the bike will stand more level and it's easier to pick it up on both of the spools at the same time. Feels sketchy but works for me
For the rear stand: I line the spools up with the stand holds while I'm standing behind the bike then I hold the rear seat steady while I slide the rear stand down and sort of push it under the bike. I hope I could help
really wish i could afford that M4 full system. a month after i got my R3, i bought some ebay headers and a universal slip on exhaust. it is extremely loud but doesn't have this nice deep tone like yours does
Ha putting the rear stand on was also challenging for me initially. I think it was purely the fear of me dropping the bike as you're trying to balance it to align the spools with the stand. The only thing that helped me was making sure the kickstand was down and whenever I was propping the bike up to always have it leaning a bit more on the kickstand side in case I do somehow let go, atleast it'll fall on the side with the kickstand down. That helped me get a bit more confidence in getting it up on the rear stand, nowadays I have no issues at all. The nice thing with the Pitbull rear stand is the level of effort of lifting the bike is very low due to the one piece design and the handle.

Nice R3! I also want to upgrade mine with a new exhaust but in europe we cant pull up with any exhaust on the steets, unfortunately. We are basically just allowed to upgrade it with the akrapovic slip on and this sounds not as good as the m4

why the ecu flash? is it really necessary to have to reflashed for 2-3 hp? real question because i put ebay headers and a universal slip on exhaust on my '20 R3 a few weeks after i bought it a year ago. i haven't really noticed anything other than a ton of backfire (which sounds like gun shots 😆)

Safer and easier to use a wheel chock to hold the bike while you set it on the rear stand. Hope it helps 👍🏼

Stand on the side of the bike away from the side stand, if you lose your grip it will go back to the side stand
