LOL Great video, even better calendar. I fall somewhere in between. I haven't got a lot of gear but I find I have to have stuff in place before I work out so I don't get distracted and want to clean up the mess. I don't seem to have any issues leaving a mess after I workout though. Go figure.
My garage gym has a very Profesional look to it, clean and everything is well placed. But it has a raw atmosphere when we are in there training. Like you said, you make a gym in your garage to make it YOUR gym. Mine is a 4 car garage and nothing is in there but gym stuff. We have a shed for all my tools and what nots.
Nice vid. Obviously a garage gym is made to be functional. Not just for workouts but for a bunch of other things. Your gym looked great even before you cleaned it. It looks like a family mans gym.

Having top of the line equipment is great, but it's nice to remember that IPF world champion, Dennis Cornelius, wipes the floor with competitors while training in a tiny garage, with a rusty barbell and equally rusty power rack. My garage gym is a hodgepodge of cheap, used equipment, including a squat rack I bought at Sam's club 25+ years ago. I have a decent, forza style, comp bench and an original, 1994 model reverse hyper, but most of my equipment was purchased second hand after a powerlifting gym that my cousin owned for about 20 years, closed. Some of the equipment was made in the 60s and 70s, including my lat tower/low row, which has a stack 5 times heavier than any newer model I've ever used. I splurged on a decent barbell and a few specialty bars. However, as much as would like a REP fitness rack or something comparable, I eventually conclude that I just don't need it. I have a channel that I rarely update, but there is an old garage gym tour on there. There have been a few updates, but nothing major.
