These are some very useful and informative videos. Great presentation by Dan and a surprisingly professional production for a local store - narrow depth of field, decent lighting, appropriate music and nice looking logo and intro. Well done! Really enjoyable to watch. Now, I live in Norway, so I'm pretty pretty far away from your target audience, but if you continue to make videos like these, maybe a few comparisons between different grills, demonstrations, etc, I’ll be back to watch.
Thank you very much for your feedback! We are planning on filming more videos in the upcoming future and will also be adding some cooking classes on the grills we have at the store!
This will definitely be my next bbq purchase. Unfortunately, my Genesis Gold C, which is a 2004 model, just continues to look great and cook perfectly. Always keep your Weber grill covered with a genuine Weber cover when not in use.
I just bought one at homedepot. it was built already. the knobs are not centered. had to centered it. and side burner was not connected all the way. very bad put together by homedepot employees
If you haven't already, you can buy the 9mm grates as a replacement part. Both the 400 series and the 300 series are 19" long so just the width varies. You'd need to trim the width of one of the grates 9mm grates from 13.5" down to 11.3", or split it between 2 or even 3 grates (dimensions based on Weber replacement part website). Sadly, for the 9mm grate, you have to buy them in sets of two, meaning you have to buy two sets (4 grates total), roughly $400 at todays pricing.
Just fire up the left 2 burners... put steak on the far right until the internal temperature is 110.. then.. place steak directly on top of flame... 1.5 minutes per side and you’re set.... pull and let rest 6 minutes.... cut and serve!! Cheers
Awesome video.

Is the stainless hood made out of 304 or 430 stainless steel ?
Can this grill be upgraded with the 9mm stainless steel grates?
