My new Weber Genesis started up on the first snap. The international Weber instruction manual is really quite poor. Mostly drawings and very little instructional text. This young man must have put many of these together. He never once referred to a manual and knew where every screw/bolt went. Plus gave you all the reference points. Great Job!
One thing I am absolutely sure about. This was not the first grill this young man has put together. Excellent job not only putting it together but creating little shortcuts to do the job that cuts down time and work to complete the job. If you aren't already working for Home Depot, you need to make yourself an independent contractor and start setting your rates as to how much you charge to put pretty much anything together. Damn good job!!!!

This was a totally profession video and the cameraman did a superb job also. Weber needs to hire you two to make videos for them, because you can’t get better than this for an assembly video. Than you so much. Great job!

I tried looking this up but was unable to get you a definite answer. I would suggest you contact Webber help line and ask them directly. It wasn’t on the product info or product spec. Nothing on the box. Sorry, sir.
@@mrterryvolk2222 I made the mistake of carrying the box into my house with the help of my brother. It must have weighed more than 240 lbs. I wanted to assemble the Bbq inside my house and wheel it out to my backyard. Best thing is to open the box and carry many of the smaller boxes separately to lighten the load. My house has double doors but single doors probably won’t fit in unless you turn the box on its side and carry it in that way.
great video that helped me a lot but you did miss two pieces to install below the stove wing for the propane tank. Anyhow, i say it again thanks that was incredible
Awesome video. Just purchased from Costco today. There was a slight difference. The middle shelf did not have a cut out for the battery module. So the steps I had to follow were a little different then in the video. I would check your assembly guide first to see before you get way ahead and have to disassemble. Other then that fantastic and very well done!

super annoyed weber doesn't provide installation services, but this is helpful as we had to hire someone to do it which was also difficult to find. but now we know some of the set up ourselves in case there's any grill issues due to set up.
great video of assembly. how do u like steel grates for searing steak i just bought the s 335 and saw some reviews that steel doesnt hold the heat like cast iron but is easier to clean n longer lasting

I have the Napolean RS485SIB. 1200.00 and 5 years old and I am replacing due to corrosion. Bolts holding the burners corroded through. One of the burners has split and needs replaced. Bolts holding the lid were replaced with larger tap screws. Drip tray replaced due to corrosion. I just bought this Weber so hoping for better results but will not buy another Napolean (entry level). It seemed to cook well but the metal quality is not what it should be. Oh also replaced the thermometer twice. I will say it always fired.
I put these together where I work (garden centre). My advice would be to work systematically, don’t mix the screws up and follow the instructions carefully.

I don't agree. The camerawork was far too shaky and the constant zooming in and out didn't work for me.

I got the Costco version, he didn't have the i3 electronics in this video. I had to use BILT app. Otherwise about 80% he included. Great video

Can anyone tell me what size screw for the side burner grounding wire?
The ground wire attached at 16:25 needs to be tightened securely or you may have a poor ignition on the side burner.

Yea man, took me half a day putting mine together lol had to redo a few things 3 times. The electrical box was a pain too.
HI, I see our located in Toronto, wondering of youd like to come assemble for us. Were in Just north of Vaughan.
Cleanup of cardboard itself takes 2 hours…this is easily an all day affair..
Wow, Weber pretty much may as well have the customer make their own grill at the factory ffs. Ton of crap to put together.
