Sir I have recently started gym, since last 2 month and I am taking whey protein and creatine monohydrate as a supplement for muscle growth. I asked you earlier about this you told me to take only whey protein but you nothing mentioned about Creatine monohydrate. I read about its side effects and i found that it may increase the level of creatinine if I am taking NSAID. Sir if I will monitor creatinine level regularly and if I will find any increase in it I will stop taking it. Will it be ok?? Plz tell me
