Hello myself B R Patel i am hlab27 positive.. i had severe pain in neck and joint. my left joint was swollen for a month. couldn’t helped to sort out. then i changed my diet and lifestyle…… specially food habit. i was bed ridden for a month it was three month at home was horrible. my CRP was 101 i started taking wheat grass in the morning empty stomach followed by bitroot and carrit juice .and eaten broccoli a lot for two month. then i started one meal a day which helped me a lot. now my CRP is 9 and felling good. No fatigue and started job. morning stiffness is there bt with exercise i am feeling far better…i assure you everyone can recover.

Dr I am suffering from AS hlab27+ since last 19 yrs. now living normal life also carrying naturally with 2 kids at age of 39. I hv left having anti inflammatory medicine 2 yrs back now completely regulating with lifestyle & eating habits. I had multiple time severe AS attacked during age of 18-26. I am totally living normal life after meeting Dr varsha bagul & Dr mayur morekar for my eyeritis of bombay hospital. Make health ur priority. Nothing is more important. First of all pls Follow what doctor says. Also add exercise in ur daily routine and eat healthy like more salad, sabzi & protein based food. Keep faith on ur body.

Sir As tak to thik tha😢 dard bardass kar lete the lekin iss stage pe pahuch gya ki mera hip replacement ho gya ab mai normal kabhi nhi ho sakta 😭 haan dard to thik rahta hai but jab bhagwaan ka diya hua chiz nikal jata hai to insan kabhi normal nhi ho pata😢 sir aapse ek request hai please proper exercise ka video ka link dijiye taaki mai bhi sahi tarike se karu
