Sir i am fused AS warrior affected last 12 year now i taking scapho biologics injection. In the start of injection i get little benifit i did exercise as well taking medicine pregalin nt and neurica morning evening but now during my 8th dose of injection i did not getting any benifit while i taking medicine as well while my crp is under control now should i continue my scapho injection or not exrecise is not posible for me easily
Continue scaphoid injection. Do speak to your rheumatologist about this. You may be having fibromyalgia in addition to AS. This may be the cause of persistent pain. Do talk to your rheumatologist & find out the exact cause.

Biologics have been there for a long time. The experience with biologics has been good & a long one. Given your chronic AS, it would be better to go ahead with biologics.

Wait for at least 4-6 doses of Adalimumab. At times, it can take a few doses to show effect in a few individuals. If adalimumab is not working, pl speak to your rheumatologist about other biologics/ tofacitinib.

Steroids se AVN ka risk hota hai. Common nahi hai lekin risk hota hai.

Sir I have been a patient of sacroilitis for 3 years and I m taking medicine aceclofenac but I have feverish feeling all time why this happens to me bcoz during feverish feeling pain starts after taking medicine tell me sir what to do?
1) Check temperature with a thermometer & see if there is actual fever. If there is actual fever you need to see a physician for the same.
2) Feverish feeling can happen with AS particularly if it is uncontrolled. The inflammation in the joints causes the feverish feeling. You need to see a rheumatologist & ensure that AS is well controlled.
