Wow, I went to view this in November and the water leakage wasn’t as obvious… seller and agency made no mention of this issue. I did notice the damp though. So glad we didn’t make an offer after seeing all this!! The apartment above continues to concern me and its impact on this lovely unit below. I did a video walkthrough in November and comparing with the leak now… WOW!
Annette, I am loving following Liz's journey. In my mind, this place is a solid no. Walk away Liz. Cute as this place is, the water damage issues will only get worse.
Great Location and with the terrace really fine. But the water problem has to be fixed first. Better wait for the fall and winter to see if it's leaking again.
I agree I am hoping that the owner of the building repairs the leaky terrace and someone can live in these two amazing apartments. Thanks for watching x
The owners should have put a tarp on the terrace to prevent the leak from getting so bad!! I know other owners in the building selling with great view and perfect reno but these delays to repairs are negatively impacting the other units. I hate cliffhangers... Annette why are you trying to torture us when we are already loyal viewers :-P This next one better be good!
Ciao, Enjoy watching your vlogs. I have a home on via Julia and Piazza San Rocco, is this property nearby? Do you know of any gardens nearby for sale? Love that town.
Did this one sell, i don't see it on Federico's site? I do like the apartment, I see that a lot of the plaster has fallen, is it stone underneath, so once the issue is fixed with the terrace above they have just given me a head start on revealing the stone ;) ?
Not exactly how it works in Italy. Plus the entire building is effected from this leaky terrace on the top floor. You heard in the video me say that the owner of the building will fix the terrace this month. Thanks for watching. Read my book Italy is My Boyfriend about our real estate journey in Italy. Completely different here.x
@@AnnetteJosephstyle Thanks for your reply Annette, I am leaving tomorrow for Italy to look at property in Puglia, then next trip up near you and would love to meet you.
If someone really likes this house, they should wait until it is fixed and then pay an engineer to do a "perizia" and ge a report. I would be a lot more concerned about a leak in the US where construction is not half way as solid as it is in Europe. Every house could have a problem, there is a solution to everything.
I think you mean the apartment upstairs. It is the source of the problem. Plus it's a very big apartment. Not what Lizz is looking for. Thanks for watching and making a suggestion. Love it. x
All the properties you are showing are terribly expensive for the Fivizzano area but there again if the buyers are americans then its obvious that prices are higher than what they are worth. Your american viewers should know the Truth on what they should expect on renovating these properties. I live in Lunigiana and I am shocked on what you are offering for such a lot of Money, believe me there are Better properties for less Money in Lunigiana and on the ligurian riviera which Is only 30 mins away. Fivizzano area Is a terribile Place, cold and humid.
Thank you so much for your comment. We would love to tour the less expensive homes you're speaking of. Please contact me via email and we can set a time to show everyone less expensive beautiful places you speak of. I do not sell properties for a living so we are clear. I just love touring properties and showing people what homes are available. Thank you for reaching out I really appreciate it. BTW I love Fivizzano and I adore our home. Here's a tour so you can see the beautiful place we love in the Lunigiana. ua-cam.com/video/nU83jQEJgXQ/v-deo.html Look forward to hearing from you.

I would not advise anyone buy anything like this until it is completely repaired and inspected by your own Geometra. Thanks for watching x
This one is a 'cute but no thanks' type of thing. But the surprise one with the 'oh sh**' sounds promising 😉
Ciao Ryan, it is promising. Thanks as always for watching love your comments x

Very sad for this cute apartment.

How dare you leave us in suspense 😳. More snarkiness if you will my friend. Awesome video, thank you Annette 👍🏻
You only have to wait 1 day to find out what happens ...Thanks for watching x

You'll need to ask Federico, since he is the agent.
I'd take a pass. Once water has infiltrated, the mortar has been compromised.
I agree with you. Thanks for watching. x
one thing is for certain, Annette and I think it's cute. definitely cute.
It's so cute Lizz! That kitchen alone! The terrace...charming I agree. XX
Is there a sink in the kitchen? Or the hookup for a sink? Love this place, except for one thing . . .
Yes there is plumbing in the kitchen.
What, what, what is happening next?
get an estimate for one of your contractors and deduct it from the asking price.
