To my understanding since I have ~20 years experience. He have 2 Grievous Wounds items and they dont stack. He should have sold either the Morellonomicon or the Throrn mail.

Why would the rioter or riot in general do anything about it? Ghosting is not and never will be against the ToS. You're free to watch whatever you want while playing the game, riot can't and shouldn't restrict you from watching any streams while playing.
I'm don't know any better than you but from the way this is being portrayed, I would imagine ghosting is being considered as not ok, especially with the guy going out of his way to prove he was indeed ghosting, again no expert but I think this case might be different.@@Revil0999
this is the thing, what could riot or any company do against ghosting? Blocking your PC so you can't open other stuff while playing? Well you still can watch the stream in your mobile phone, oh maybe they should ban all sites from your IP while you're playing, still you can use mobile data or other stuff to watch the stream, is there any real solution to ghosting? Yes there is, put a small delay 5 or 10 seconds on your streams maybe more if you want to be even more sure. Riot can't and shouldn't do anything against ghosting.
the dexerto tweet is kinda misleading, korean twitch streamers did those stuff not to protest but because it was "세기말"(end times) and had fun without caring for restrictions one last time.

I mean its not even that bad, thornmail syncs well with liandris, gives him armour and damage reduction and is good vs auto attacking team. being a last item it really isnt bad

There was a very valid reason for Twitch leaving Korea. I’d suggest anybody who’s interested look into it more. Basically, in 5 year old terms, it was immensely unprofitable.

Indeed. Many don't understand how harsh the market is for foreign companies. Especially Twitch. The system is working against them in so many ways. The "taxes", the chaebol deals, the legal system, the list goes on for a while. It all circles back to finances. Twitch has always been barely scraping by whereas UA-cam has a more profitable business model (>10% of Google's annual revenue is from YT). That's why UA-cam can thrive in Korea. My speculation is that Korea thinks that Twitch won't pay the fine and that's their way of saying "screw off" to Twitch. @@bencurtis777

Eh its fine. It took me a while as well to remember that Singed has antiheal. Idk where in his kit exactly. Prob Q, but for some reason I remember his R having it. I also remember it being removed at some point in time.
I mean the way Phreak manages the game, I wouldnt be surprised if they remove Singed's antiheal after this out of spite.

tbh, they should make the camera "adaptive". meaning, the camera shows a bit of the trees but doesnt go anyfurther down or up, now matter how close youre standing to the edge of the map.

Also, something I'm happy about, which wasn't covered in this video was that the state of ADC is getting mainstream attention from people like Baus and Nemesis.

The camera issues can be solved by having 3 different camera offsets based on if you're on your side, the middle of lane and the opposing side of the lane. As the player is transitioning between the parts of lane, the camera transitions between the different camera offsets. Also I feel like this is a normal thing that can be done in games, maybe the engine they use makes this difficult to implement.

Found the Phreak game and, since people are curious, the enemy comp was Nasus Top, Nidalee Jungle, Yasuo Mid, Varus ADC, and Sona Support. No idea why you'd ever have 3x Antiheal into that comp. Yasuo had Shieldbow, Sona had Echoes of Helia, and Nasus had Spirit Visage but Thornmail and Morello honestly feels so wasteful there on Singed.

Why is phreak building grevious wounds to begin with on singed?
All you have to do is make her an enhancer support that doesn't attach to champions. She could then build her own boots and actually be a champ that requires slightly more than no skill to play

The fact that Riot even made the Runan's change on the PBE just shows how actually incompetent the balance team is and how little they understand the game. No wounder this game has so many cancer champs
DDOS attacks.... for what could and should easily be a locally hosted tournament with a video feed streamed cast from a local spectator (the casters)? The fact that this wasn't even prepped at the very least as backup and that it ever made it to a 2nd pause... Riot and the South Korean government are really competing hard for the highest ratio of executive decision makers that were repeatedly dropped as children.
They could just make the camera able to be zoomed out and just, leave it at that. I mean, you'll only see fog of war anyway. But it'll give you more 'vision'

I honestly cant just say its a build mistake before looking at the enemy team. If they had a lot of high healing threats and auto attackers, you can very rarely facilitate both items. Although likely a frozen heart would be a better purchase, not always the case. Like building bramble first against MANY toplaners wins you the lane, and not wasting gold but building into a full item later is just efficiently spending the gold. For instance AATROX gets rekt in lane by this item, but in later teamfights all he has to do is not auto singed and its a non issue.

What makes the singed anti heal items so stupid as well is that singed ult already gives heal reduction lol, so you dont need to buy anti heal at all
Doesn't have to be a mistake. There are instances where champions won't basic attack you but you need to cut their healing. So Morello's. And instances where you can't reach them, so Thornmail.
Its a mistake because there is no situation in which Singed's own heal reduction or Morello will not be active on a target that you're fighting, so for the gold of Thornmail, Randuins would have been better for more armor, the higher utility slow aoe ability, and the passive damage reduction on autos

Maybe phreak wanted to apply anti heal for every intace (when receiving dmg, or when running out of his ult) given the enemy team had a sona.Or maybe he was trying to test if there were potential bugs trying to stack more. Or maybe he just an idiot

Phreak's build isn't even that bad. Singed ult applies grievous wounds for 1 second on Q procs but Singed isn't ulting the entire game so if you need grievous wounds badly enough then it is fine to get it another way. Thornmail only puts grievous on via autoattacks again unlike the previous version which you were able to apply yourself and thornmail is fine to buy even ignoring grievous wounds for the return damage especially considering liandry's should work off the magic damage it applies. Morello overlaps with ult Q but again you're not ulting all game. I can't see the enemy team, though, so unless it was like 4 healing champs then probably suboptimal but builds don't really need to be that optimal.
Phreak definitely deserves his rank, and totally won’t plummet back to mid emerald once his precious Maokai gets nerfed!

Ghosting is not okay and is bannable, I understand, but what can Riot do about it generally except banning the people? I feel like banning people is not even the right method. Tyler is the person responsible for his problems in the first place. HE is streaming. HE doesnt have to. Either set a big delay or dont stream, if you dont want to get ghosted. I think its weird that Tyler is trying to rub HIS problem off on Riot. Tyler usually plays some more rankeds after his stream to not have people ghost or stalk him in rankeds. So idk.

So you are not allowed to play Meta picks to climb in ranked and you are not supposed to play Normal Draft and play champs you usually don't play? The love of hating on Phreak and Riot is palpable. If you knew Maokai is strong, would you not play it to climb? I personally wouldn't because I just don't know how to play the champ but plenty of people learn the meta pick and use it to climb. It's part of the game and taking advantage of that is part of the game too. The people who adapt to the meta faster are always ahead in ranks. Should we discredit them too? Are one-tricks the only people you consider good since they don't seem to care much about meta (except there are also item metas and not just champion metas).
If you have knowledge that will give you a strategic advantage and you don't use it, then you are not being honest. You are just being stupid. If you want Phreak to not play League at all, just say it. Maokai support was strong for over 2-3 years and nobody gave a fk until this new season where items really favored him. Imagine knowing a trick to success for something you pursue and not using it. What kind of a moron would you be?
People forget a mechanic every now and again. There are over 800 abilities in the game and each one has differing details. Forgetting singed has anti heal in ult is easily forgettable. And if you are chilling in a Normal match and not thinking too much, it's easy to forget you already bought an anti-heal item. You all speak as if you never make these mistakes ever and because Phreak is a Riot employee in charge of balance he is not human anymore and isn't allowed to make human mistakes. The lack of sympathy is so extreme. This past year was really something. So much innate hatred in the community.

Singed is a very niche champion and if you don't play Top he barely registers as a champion (if you are the support, you don't care about the anti-heal unless you spam Soraka or smth). There are many ways to get to Master - knowing Singed has anti-heal on his ult is not a requirement.
And regarding him being OP:
It's not 10 patches, it's 4. And it was OP for 3 years. Yes, it was much stronger with the new items and he got nerfed in 14.3, in 14.4 and will be in 14.5 and if it's not enough and people still complain, then probably also 14.6 or 14.7. His items got nerfed too. And I still bet Phreak will continue playing him.
If you bothered to watch his videos, you'd know that there are tons of OP champs in the game but nobody seems to give af about them. Rakan is OP. Taric is OP. Janna has need OP for 11+ years. Nobody cares. But Maokai that has also been OP for a long time on support gets this incredible hate because he was way out of line for 2 patches because of new items (as did tons of other champs). You can call this intentional or whatever. At the end of the day I can't force you to change your mind. He has leadership too. So why not throw Phroxzon under the bus while you are at it. He is the real leadership. But no, because Phreak makes videos he gets to be the scapegoat for everything despite not being the perpetrator. Btw, Maokai was absolutely busted in 14.1 but people didn't realize it until 14.2, so there is an argument to be made that he was mega busted for only 1 patch. That's up for debate though.
The rest of the balance team are much higher in rank than Phreak btw. I don't hear complains about them either. Curious, isn't it? They do the same job but he gets all the flack. All this complaining will lead nowhere because all these problems are fixed pretty quickly. If you play a lot you might disagree, but if you look at the actual schedule, none of this stays mega OP for too long. Phreak was telling people way before he joined the balance team for like 3 years that Ziggs bot was absolutely busted. It took players 2.5 years to catch up to that idea. Maybe Phreak actually knows a thing or two about the game, hmm.
But you can keep crying and hyperboling that it took 10 patches to fix Maokai. I'm sure this makes your life so much better.

Orb itself isn't the WORST investment if you need higher uptime since it only puts you 800 in the hole, but finishing it is actually trolling. You just sell it later at 6 items since after level 16 your ult uptime is "good enough" and you're usually teamfighting anyway.
