Your hair looks amazing and hope you do reach your hair length goals. I am a long haired male, 45. Most men likely have no idea what the ladies and many gentlemen these days go through to keep their hair looking healthy and beautiful. For me, I use only my fingers for combing. I get serious knots and using a typical brush or comb would rip out my hair and destroy the look and health. The struggles I've had with my hair are a serious matter for me. I started receding when I was in my upper 30's and I freaked. Luckily I have it under control. My hair now is long, thick and hairline is naturally lowering. It helps being a woman to grow long healthy scalp hair. The hormones are better for it, so I had to adjust my hormonal profile to get it back to where it was.

Thank you so much for the kind compliment and for sharing about your long hair. Good idea with finger combing. I now only using wide tooth wood combs; kind of similar to finger combing. Regular brushes and combs were just snagging my hair too. I’m glad you found the solutions to the receding hairline. Thanks again for taking the time to comment!

This was amazing, Sarah! How do you like the nettle drops? I can see how using the actual tea rinse would be a bit of a pain for you as your hair is so long and thick. I really enjoyed this video. ❤

Thank you so much, Sarah! I really like the nettle drops and am going to keep using them. They definitely help improve my hair. Thanks again for sharing about nettle; I never would have thought to use it on my hair otherwise. 🩷🌸

I think I’ll try using the conditioning bar similarly.

I hope it works for you too. It really helps distribute it better for my hair and detangle more effectively. Thanks for the comment!
