- Nsb boat ramp fines have increased from $25 to $100.
The caveat is that it is FREE for residents of surrounding counties. BUT you must register.
If you’re not registered you must pay an already tax funded Ramps 25$ fee. The cities utilize this money to make positions that otherwise are funded by the fines and taxes. So this is how government runs away with itself.
They do little or no repairs to the infrastructure except hire more parking officers with new cars. So it’s beneficial to write tickets.

I've been documenting the same kind of thing in Gulfport, MS. They park illegally to write tickets for over time parking.

It’s called a cost benefit analysis, which MUST be performed... if not it would nullify any actions taken under such law, code, ordinance, practice etc... maybe PRR the cost benefit analysis. That will shut it down QUICKLY.. if not they will be in greater trouble for conversion, and constitutional violations; unlawful taking
