I don't know the ratio, but a circle with a diameter of 2 7/8" makes a 1 1/4" yo-yo; a 3" circle makes a 1 3/8" yo-yo; and a 4" circle makes a 1 7/8" yo-yo.
There are many things you can make with them. I’ve got a few tutorials linked in the description but a search on your favorite search engine will provide all kinds of ideas.
I don't believe it! 😃 I'm a firm believer there are multiple ways to do something. We just need to find the technique that works best for us and gives us the results we want. The method I show in the video is my favorite way to make yo-yos and maybe it is yours now, too. 😊
Just the video I was looking for. Thank you so much!
Excellent! You're very welcome!
Thank you!!!! My paternal grandma used to make these!
You are so welcome!
After tying off, I pull needle through the hole and out at the edge... leave with enough length to use for stitching the next yoyo to the new yoyo.
This is a great tip when sewing the yo-you together. Thanks for sharing!
Every easy explanation 😊
Loved.
Thanks.
Thank you ❤
You're welcome 😊
Q: What is the measure ratio between size of cloth circle:finished yoyo?
And, for the different ascending finished sizes.
Please.
Thank you.

Best way to learn is to try different methods. If you need to be at yourself up for 'errors' use a feather not a brick . 3:42
