A lot say 28 days , I just follow a healthy eating plan and listen to this. I've lost 6st but I'm struggling with the last 7lb , so I've been using this to help with the last 7lb .It's helped control my appetite, I don't want to eat between meals and my meal size has shrunk. 😊
Oh my goodness. I keep trying and failing at this and have such disordered eating. First change is listening to this. Second. No junk food or drinks. Even a little is too much for me. Coffee creamer is all I’ll use as a “treat” Thanks as always Tansy ❤
By not allowing yourself those things you'll only start the restrict and then binge cycle. Healthy isn't weight loss. Healthy is just a balanced lifestyle where ALL foods fit. As soon as you allow yourself those "junk" (no such thing) foods then you won't be punishing yourself and creating a fear hate cycle. If you allow them, then just become nothing. Something you can ha e in moderation. If you feel guilt over giving yourself permission for nice things then you'll only create more fear around certain foods. And when they become off limits they become a need. You deserve a balance and good, nice foods. What if you could just say " ok, ill have one" no guilt. 😮 no fear of weight. No fear of shaming yourself. Just be. Then it just becomes about looking after yourself. Where all foods fit. Not to lose weight but ti nourish.
The best treat is dark chocolate!!! Must be 78percent though.. I lost 70lbs eating healthy meals an always had a few squares of lindt 78 percent dark chocolate 🍫 it's so good for you an kills any sugar craving I promise you hun ❤❤❤
I follow SW and have lost 6st , I eat basically what I like - I like fruit and veg , chicken and fish in general , listening to these recordings help me control the urge to eat between meals and I sleep like a log . I absolutely love these , without using these I can't sleep properly.
I used to listen to another one of your videos and I didn’t want sugar and I wanted to exercise. Then I ate a bunch of sweets on a weekend away and the video didn’t work anymore. The others didn’t work till this one. This one makes me not want sugar but the desire of working out is gone still. What should I do? I love you Tansy by the way. You saved me.
This is a good place to be. Fasting is prob not a good idea. You need proper nutrition always and especially when you’re quitting. Not vaping/smoking is enough for now. Just be mindful of what your in taking and stick around, Tansy is great
@@naturegirl4074 What on earth are you talking about fasting is a great idea ! 1. It cuts out bad habits as you’re soley focusing on the fast itself 2. It supplies the body with the the perfect amount of nutrients as the body can only absorb so much 3. You loose and maintain weight . The benefits are endless !
@@scotthunt3860 fasting does not work for me! My metabolism gets slower and my body stores fat! This doesn’t work for everyone! My husband did intermittent and still ate a ton during eating hours and still lost 40 lbs. I fast for 3 days and don’t lose anything. To each their own! But this is about healthy eating and how food is necessary and a friend. Did you even listen to it!? All 3 of your points are invalid as applied across the board. I
❤ hey dark confetti could I make a suggestion to you that I did when I quit smoking so keep your hands busy by playing games or doing puzzles and every time you think about All? I might need a cigarette or I might need a vape think no this needs stone so your hands are busy so I can’t do it, that’s what I did when I gave up smoking. It helped but everyone's different so I'm well done and good luck
Doesn’t work. I did it for years, waiting for results. Since end of May I’ve lost 1 stone 5 lb on 1200 calories a day. Calories from wine, choc, bread, fat, alcohol, etc doesn’t matter as long as you strictly stay in that limit, the weight falls off.
I haven't quite quit carbs entirely , they're greatly reduced but sugar has always been a big no for me for years . The sugar was easy , carbs required a lot more will power , it's worth it.
I cut carbs and sugar and felt great...lost a few pounds...fell off the wagon and back to feeling terrible. It was a good thing though because it taught me it was the sugar and carbs causing my issues. It showed just how harmful it is to your body and I have been back on track now.

I quit drinking in the evenings. Exploring healthy eating and hope to make a new plan with my life and lose 65 lbs.

I just downloaded a food tracker app to make sure I am eating enough protein (and other healthy food) 😁
I do that. It’s difficult to get enough protein (for me)

trying to stick to whole foods and get at least an hour of exercise per day. I’m stuck at 140 lbs and my goal is 120
