Affinity Publisher is indeed a one-time purchase. Thanks for calling out both templates. And thanks for this next step in your adventure writing journey.
You've for sure put my eye on Shadowdark. Ive run a very much altered Claws of Madness game and considering converting it to shadowdark as i feel the eldritch horror vibe it gives really fits this rpg. Great content 💪
That's awesome! I'm really happy to hear that. I'm a huge Shadowdark fan and encourage everyone to give it a shot. I think the biggest struggle is convincing players to take a step back from their more powerful characters, but I think setting clear expectations goes a long way. Here's a video I made about getting started with Shadowdark, if you're interested: ua-cam.com/video/EHrXmRRs6so/v-deo.html Also, my new adventure "Against the Cult of the Crimson Hand" should be published soon, and I've designed it specifically to be a good on-ramp for 5e players. Jury's still out on how successful that might be. Claws of Madness definitely fits the Shadowdark Vibe, and I'd love to hear how your conversion goes, if you end up doing it! Thanks for watching (as always)!
You can adjust the style of the hyperlinks if you want them to still be functional but not so drastically different visually to help your layout look more consistent.
Nice! I do think you should keep "boxes" on a single page, so for example monster-text shouldn't spill over on the next page.
Layout is my biggest issue. Thanks for the practical advice.
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching!
