French Dip Recipe
Dip (Jus)
2 White Onions Sliced
1 Head (12ish Cloves) Garlic
3/4c Red Wine
15-20 Stems Fresh Thyme Leaves
2c Beef Stock
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Sandwich Sauce
1/2c Mayo (I like Duke's)
1 Head Roasted Garlic
1-2 Tbsp Fresh Horseradish Root
1-2 tsp Chives
Zest and Juice of 1/2 - 1 Whole Lemon
Salt and Pepper to Taste

dude! this video is amazing. i’m an aspiring chef, i love cooking and i watch hours and hours of cooking videos. out of all the boring, copy and pasted youtube “chefs” out there, i actually watched every second of this video from start to finish, no skipping. amazing looking food, fast, informative, food on a budget none of that wagyu truffle bs. and all around hilarious demonstration. i haven’t laughed this hard at a video in a while, i may of found my new favorite chef.
