So glad to have found you! Love NL, have been there twice. Loved your podcast, I'll have to watch older episodes. ❤ from southern Ontario
Hello! I just found your podcast today. So glad too! I love all your makes and I’m. trying to find the time to sew again! Thanks for all the inspiration!
Time is so tricky! I always feel like there is not enough time for creating.
I really enjoyed your podcast
Thank you for sharing with us
Thanks so much for watching!
I love your podcast. Your tastes are similar to mine, in that we both love wooly wools and natural fabrics. I’ve been waiting for the right dress pattern to make a linen dress, and had to purchase the camomile dress when I saw yours. Thanks for inspiring me with your makes!
Yay I’m so happy you are gonna try out the Chamomile Dress! It is such a great pattern and I feel so cute wearing them 🖤
When I knit socks I add a lightbulb stitch marker every 10 rounds. I use a different color for the end of the toe, start and end of heel, and cuff! This way I can count the markers and have an identical pair of socks!
That’s a great idea too!! I think adding the bulb markers would still really help me with the leg and foot. I like doing them simultaneously especially because I don’t have to worry about second sock syndrome
❤your projects! You’re very talented!!’
Thank you so much 🖤
I love your podcast and seeing what you're making. I was knitting on my Lower Leogh by Mary Jane Mucklestone while watching and it feels like knitting with a friend. 🤎
Aww thank you so much!! I love your podcast too 🖤🖤
I enjoyed your new video!
I used to knit lots of my family’s sweaters decades ago.
But I stopped knitting at the time when I moved to Canada because I couldn’t bring all the yarns and sweaters.
But now you make me feel like I want to knit again.
Recently I make lots of blouses and tunics with linen.
You actually have very similar taste with mine.
It’s super fun to watch your progress.
Choosing black is awesome by the way.
Have a great knitting🧶
Oh you should definitely do yourself a favour and pick it up again! Lots of great yarn shops in Canada. Knitting is meditation to me and having a cute me made wardrobe is the icing on the cake 🖤
Good morning! 😊 So glad you're back. Enjoyed your podcast. Wearing a light color as a background for your knitting is a good idea.
Yeah I think all the projects were much easier to see this time. Also the lighting at my house is much better than the lighting at my shop so it’s a nicer atmosphere for podcasting :)
I loved finding your podcast! Your dress is so cute and I’d love to see you put a picture of it on one of your next podcasts, to see how it looks. I also loved the coconut button idea and would love to know where On Etsy you got them. Thanks again for such a great podcast!
I don’t remember which shop I ordered the buttons from. I think there are a few
So many beautiful garments 🌒You always inspire me to pick up black yarns more often. It's the color I wear every day anyways, so why not knit with it. Wishing you a lovely rest of summer 🌻
Yes exactly! I avoided black knitting for so long but it’s my favourite color to wear so why not? Thanks so much 🖤
I just found your channel and very much enjoyed this video! Lovely lighting and nice sound which are things I really appreciate 🥰
Just found your podcast, and I just loooove that you're knitting in black! I'm also someone who enjoys the moodier colours, a lot of knitting youtubers tend to do either a lot of light neutrals or super bright colours (neither of which are quite my vibe). That Rota cardigan looks especially fantastic! Subscribed.
Thank you so much! I am ecstatic to have found my people here who appreciate all the knitting in black 🖤
I have been waiting for you to post a video. Love watching them. I agree your projects are easier to see with light background. I love your black projects, but black is too difficult for my 77 year old eyes. All ages watch your videos. I live in Central Newfoundland and hopefully will get a chance sometime to visit your store and pick up some Knitting for Olive yarn.
It’s so lovely to hear from other Newfoundlanders! I’m happy the lighter linen dress made it easier to see the projects and I do hope you are able to come to the shop one day :)
I missed you!! Happy to start my day today by knitting while watching your episode:)
I especially loved Laerka’s newest wrap and your knitted dress is fabulous!!!
Oh wow, it makes my heart so happy to think ppl miss my podcasts! I hope your morning knit was nice a relaxing:)

I followed you originally because I LOVED seeing your black yarn projects! I only ever knit with dark browns, blacks, grays that are almost black...your projects are all lovely and inspire me to pick up every pattern! Love your videos!
Alsooooo.. I'm definitely casting on socks with a black stripe now. I love that look🤣✨️
Ahh thank you so much! I’m always so happy to hear of other knitters who love to knit in black 🖤
Love your channel.
Thank you so much 🖤🖤

That black short sleeved cardi looks soo cute over your dress! 🤩
I’m obsessed with that one!
Good to catch up with you again! I love the dress you are wearing in this episode, need more linen dresses in my life too! Do you think this dress pattern would be suitable for hand sewing? I know you have sewn a few garments by hand, just curious what you think!
I think pretty much anything is hand sewable. That being said this pattern is pretty simple and I would totally go for it!
Love that dress! ❤❤❤❤
Thank you Kaci!! I can totally picture you wearing too 🖤
Such a nice episode, as always! Love your dress!! What sewing level does it require in your opinion? :)
Thank you! I would say it’s a great pattern for beginner garment making! The instructions for French seams are really helpful and clear.
