my biggest regret when buying my first property was not putting up a high security commercial grade (like jail grade) FENCE with gate. Meth addicts would ignore my "no trespassing" signs AND my cameras AND the Sheriff warnings. very annoying. I truly believe this should be the very first thing to do when you get your first property.
Westin is one of the better builders in Sunterra! Some of the inventory homes have become a lot more basic (less standard features) in recent years but overall they are still a quality builder. Just make sure to get home inspections regardless of the who the builder is. :)
Few and far between! Old town Katy area will have some ranging in price from high 300’s to millions depending on lot size. They tend to go pretty fast if they are in good condition Kind of by franz rd and katyland Dr
wow.. either you are biased or your video is unresearched to not mention the fast growing community which is Sunterra Community in Katy.... i am taking time to put this in the comments so folks can research themselves...
Lol this video was explaining/describing the TYPES of developments that can be found in Houston. Not naming off every single development available within Houston. That would made this video hours long. Also just because it’s “top selling” in terms of volume..doesn’t make it the best for everyone.
@livinginhouston I appreciate your raw honesty. I am debating if I want to buy a single family home in houston. Been researching like crazy all the areas and conditions and price ranges and what each community offers. It's alot of work cuz these interest rates and hoa rates are through the roof. I honestly don't no what to do. And I live in island of bermuda

Thanks for the insights. You don’t seem to be a big fan of Westin builders and Sunterra community. any particular reason that we need to be wary off?

Sunterra is an entry level community, it’s nice but has a lot of cheap builders
