Do they only get big to eat mice or will they eat rats too ? And do they stay slender ? What gets bigger makes or female? How many baby's they have and do they hatch eggs or live birth ? How much do they cost in where can I buy ?
@@germaineparham-kk8rr they could eat smaller rat and stay slender, the female is bigger and lay eggs, but I don’t really know how big the clutch or how much it sells. Maybe u could check morph market or such to look for breeders ?
@@Germaineparham142 I don’t think they can be as big as some big female kings or Honduran rats but a corn snake could be a good comparison. I believe they could handle medium rats as adults.
I thought these was venom like tiger snakes ? But are these similar size black rats , everglades , green rat ? Also large king snakes like California and hondurian milksnakes get large they require 55-60 gallon tanks so will a 75 gallon be great for these ? That should be able to keep snakes 5-7ft range
So these species is not pythons or boas but they are similar size etc to children's python, rosy boa, rubber boa . But these guys are just corn and king snake body build . I love the larger rat snake black rat, tiger rat and Texas rat .
Great video on a beautiful snake. Shout out to Reptile Rapture! Best reptile store in Wisconsin.
I have friends who breed them and they all say they survive better in more humid environments.

Basking light gets to 79 or so in the day cycle. Gets cooler at night
Since I recorded this I have a small group now and I keep the room at no higher than 83 with good night drops and they’re all growing like weeds

What size enclosure do u recommend
At least 3x2. More is always good but remember they like to hide so plenty of cover is needed
75 gallon tank?@@JzsReptiles
@@Germaineparham142 would be fine with lots of cover
