Hello Nate, I am on my second Min Pin. They may be in the middle of the list as far as the breed goes but they are top-notch dogs. My min pin Pip fills more than just one roll. She serves as a medical alert dog, companion, and many hours of her being a little clown. She never leaves my side and is loyal to a fault. In my mind, Min Pins are the greatest.
We really appreciate your info. Thanks for all your work to get it out there. We have a little senior rescue. He is amazing. We set timers for the oven, for the drip lines etc but sometimes they would go off & we didn’t hear them. Not a problem anymore. The little guy barks til we get up & go deal with it. He’s getting to know our routines, hes very smart & amazingly brave & athletic for a senior dog Seems to have a little vision trouble. We really like his loyalty & he’s perfect for holding .
Good evening, Nate and audience. I am thrilled to announce that my household will never be the same. Miss Isabella Mozzarella is weaned and coming home with me. She's black with brown markings and a little white star on her chest. Pictures to come. Nate: thank you for all of the pointers in your lessons. i am voraciously tearing into everything I can view and read online about my first MINPin. My newest curiousity: dog psychology, and understanding many of the training habits you mention. My accrued wisdom tells that A female minpin pup is, at one year, in my care, like my prior female dog, is going to be smarter, faster, understands hand signals. loud kiss sounds, and is on average easier to train than either of my sons, now 42 and 39. At first introduction: what do you suggest? I plN, ON BEING Rally hands on, have puppy-proofed my kitchen where she will live for her first year. She has a bed, in a den, in a wicker basket cave, in the corner, next to her day crate with plenty of light, a view outside, toys. I work from home, so walking her is so good for me. It seems all rosy until......But I'm patient (a mental patient for thinking this whole thing up.). For sure. But a dog lover. Thank you, Nate.
Late to the party here, but just want to say thank you for your videos. I had to say goodbye to my best friend at the start of the year (a min pin that was brought into my life being a girlfriends dog. We eventually separated but my boi came with me). Now looking into adopting another and these videos have really helped me to feel confident about this adventure. If anyone has any suggestions on where I might find a young adult min pin (or dominatly min pin mix) male that needs a new home in the San Francisco Bay area feel free to point me in that direction 😀
We have two now. Pinny was a stray we happened upon an fell in 💕 with min pins. We got Jordi in October and she just turned 6 months. She's so sweet, but is all mouth. We also call her Roogaroo because that's what she says when playing with Pinny. She is a talker. 💕 Them and the rest of our dogs.
So should you say "Min Pins look like miniature Dobermans"? Or "Dobermans looks like giant Min Pins"? Haha. I'm thinking maybe the second one... after all, like you said, the Min Pin came first! Haha. Loved the video Nate!
Because I have a man pin I have a pug and miniature pincher mix and I would never have another dog like it but I love her to death and I've kept her she is 12 months old now and she said handful
Min pins are ace i wouldn't be with out my boys great first dog especially if you have a small home and not a lot of space. Small dog huge personality defo king of toys.xx🥰😍🐾🐾🇬🇧
I have 1 MinPin, Willow 🥰, she is the only MinPin @ the local dog park! Question!: I would like to get Willow a male companion, How do I find a Min Pin that I can adopt vs purchase from a breeder? I've searched a lot online and local shelters, do you have a resource? Thanks
I have two mini pins. A male, Blitz 10 yrs old, brown and tan and a female, Sugarbaby 7years old, clear red. They are my entire world. I've owned many dogs, mini pins are my favorite breed now. My dream is to have one in every color. Wish me luck!!
Christopher. Thanks for watching. Harlequins used to be a recognized part of the Min Pin breed. However at this time they are not recognized by any major breed clubs.
Hi! Im really confused about my min pin weight. Shes 10 week old and weights 3.9lb (1.8kg), but i search for videos of min pins at 10 week old and they seem bigger! My veterinarian said that maybe she's a mix of min pin and chihuahua. But what really confuse me is that I read in en. belpatt .fr/ puppy-weight-chart /Pinscher that 3 month female pinscher should weight between 3.4 and 3.9lb! So I don't understand if my min pin is ok and the other ones that I see in person or videos are just bigger than the usual or a mix
I think you failed to mention a couple of things: first- the origin history of the MP. Why they were bread and where they originated from. Second, yes MPs come in a variety of colors but some of those lesser known colors are *more* prone to certain illnesses

I have a min pin and it’s all black and I love her she acts so tough for her little size and will never let you take her toys
My favorite breed. Thankyou for your videos
Would you mind making a video on dog food, please? What do you give your dogs? What vegetables do they like? Thanks!
oh yeah that would be nice. Especially because a lot of people feed them raw meat with vegetables :)

Hi Nate, great video! Just asking are harlequin pinschers min pins too?
Christopher. Thanks for watching. Harlequins used to be a recognized part of the Min Pin breed. However at this time they are not recognized by any major breed clubs.
@@MinPinNation Oh cool. Thanks for the info. I've learned a lot from your content. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to your future videos 🙂

Make sure to listen to your vet. But she sounds fine to me.
Question: I just got my MinPin today, seven-weeks-old. Is it normal that it sleeps a lot..?
Oh Yes! They are growing a lot and just the move alone takes a lot out of them.
I think you failed to mention a couple of things: first- the origin history of the MP. Why they were bread and where they originated from. Second, yes MPs come in a variety of colors but some of those lesser known colors are *more* prone to certain illnesses
