my friend asked me to make a boss theme

My friend's making a boss battle for his Java course final project, and he asked me to write some boss music for him! (so i did that.) His only criteria was that I make it chiptune and have it start quiet. Visuals inspired by ‪@AZALI00013‬.

One day during class, my friend texted me asking if he could "commission" music from me. Naturally, I said yes, excited to make music for someone. For his Java final project, he wanted to make a boss battle-animated sprites and all. The battle would be against a hydra of some sort, though he had no reference image made at the time. I don't think this theme evokes a sense of fighting a dragon or anything, but my friend said he really liked it so I don't care :D
Also, I hope he gets a good grade on that project
The official name is "hydragorean theorem," something I came up with in a sleep-deprived stupor.
