Roomy home. Nice flooring! Great to see an island with so much work space on top and storage underneath. Family room location is ideal! Ample closet storage, not possible to have to much closet space. Utility room nicely tucked away. Dual benches in master bath shower, nice touch. Thanks for showing the home. Stay hydrated!
Nice size dining room. Like the floor plan. Love the closets in secondary bedrooms. Like that the primary closet is not in the bathroom. Thank you for the tour!!
Love the front room and den and bedrooms, on for an office and Master bedroom and bathroom. Love the stand alone tub. It makes a statement in itself. 😂
You are so lucky you came in June. It's been between 105 to 112 here for a month! Really loved the floor plan on this one except the pantry area. Not enough shelves for me. Another really nice home. But for me, if I am gifting my site built home to my son and buying a modular to put on a lake front lot I sure like that 125 to 170 price point. My land will cost 30 to 60. Don't have enough income to afford more. Now, if you have any 60/ 65 year old rich male friends or family in Oklahoma, we can talk! GREAT VIDEO
Thanks for explaining the codes for different areas. I agree with someone else that the utility room should be bigger with a door. I've noticed that coat closets near the entrance are rare. Why is that? Do love ceiling vents.
This house is so spacious, and all the guest bedrooms have nice sized closets, but the master closet & shower could be bigger. I didn't see a microwave; I would replace that wooden cabinet above the stove with one. I would like a pantry in the kitchen, and a sink in the utility room. This house is a nice bargain for under $200k, & I would buy it.
This would be a nice size home for a large family. The rooms are a nice size and the Family room and Living room has enough room to accommodate everyone...😀
It’s all about personal taste as far as astetics go I like different colors then you do I like maximum acrouchements I am not a handyman I enjoy my free time off of work I am lazy that’s why I want every possible option & upgrade there is because I am not going to be doing weekend projects down the road I want it all now the whole kit & kabudal what I want now is going to have to satisfy & deliver & creature comfort for the next 30 to 35 years because I don’t do remodel handyman projects or painting or any kind of this old house stuff my time is my time I won’t be going to furniture stores home improvement stores or garden senters this is a one time fiasco and it has to satisfy for a minimum of 30 years I want high end materials components and extended warranties
Hi Nate nice house but I am not a fan of the family room being to open to the living room and a door on the utility room the LVP is a pretty color . Square footage is great for a large family peace 👸🏽🥰Murrayville Ga
Odd kitchen design. Utility room needs a door and be larger. Nice wood racks in closets. Nice color flooring. But no linen or storage closets. Deal breaker.
Hello Nate. Good video. But this home doesn't have a back door where you can build an attached Garage! Nor is there a really good place to put Grandma's China Cabinet! I don't like the Master Bathroom, neither the one shown nor the option shown on floorplans either. The utility room is too small, with as I already mentioned, no outside door for a garage. No Pantry. No place in the utility room to put a freezer. About the only thing I do like about this home is that there are enough rooms for husband to have a Gym, and for me to have my Library, Music/Studio, and Office Rooms. But as I said, you did a good job on the video. God bless y'all Nate!
If only they had put a door in that little area near the utility room - so much easier to replace appliances or get repair folks in and out, rather than having them go through the kitchen. No carpet in the master, but in the other bedrooms? Epic fail in my book. Also, that little cabinet in the 'pantry nook' area - do away with it and just do open shelving - much more efficient use of space.
I think going thru the kitchen with dirty laundry isn't the most appealing or smart in design. I would scale the den back and make the bedrooms bigger or make more storage or pantry. Not a fan of the trim, or mixed color kitchen cabinets. Lots of wasted space with master tub and the ever hated big a$$ window behind the tub. Whose bright idea was that.. says no one? Builders need to stop that. Put some skylights or a different window. People are going to put shades or window coverings on it anyway.
Nice and roomy but different! The price is not bad either. Thanks! Keep Cool!😊
I like the comment about taking the tub out of the masterbath and putting in another closet.
Nice home.

I would make the area the builders designated as a coffee bar into a space for my freezer.

Make the trim white. Loose the carpet in any of rooms that have it. Need a larger laundry room. No room for a deep freezer

Love the size of this home

Cute home. Thanks Nate .
Did somebody say coffee bar by the fridge?? 😍
Love this but I would change the trim to white and move the island a little further away from the fridge. It’s too close for me.
Nice sized bedrooms.
not bad

I would buy it not a bad price

As always another great video Nate!
I wondered if you have any redman homes on your list? Thank you
I havent filmed any yet, but they are a brand I would like to film.
Nice
Where the pantry you said it had??
Butlers pantry is right off the kitchen as you go into the utility room
Like outside best
This home is great but it don't have a microwave in the kitchen
I would want to keep my 3,000.00 dollar gas stove
Superbe

That living room looks small and no private entry hall area and no fireplace. It's okay but Not one I'd choose. Sorry.

Your videos are pretty good, but I must admit that I am not impressed with this home. Thank you for sharing!
