Fixed my relationships. Held it real tight. Couldn’t even peep a word after.

When to use rigide tape and elastic tape. And can we only use one type of tape or necessarly both ?
How long can the tape stay on with out changing it ? I mean does it have to be wrapped with new wrap every day or every 3 days or weekly ?????

Every few days is fine as long as tape is still fixed to skin
