Hi Hank, i would like hear your thoughts and take on Dr. John Waltons book series "The Lost World of Genisis " I would enjoy the opportunity to see you post a video with a brief response to his biblical perspective on the interpretation of the Book of Genisis. Thku for your dedication to proper biblical hermeneutics, never fearful of being on the fringe of so called "Orthodoxy " consistently and rightly challenging the status quo! 👏 Thku
@tenfourfitness5485 Good suggestion. We have reviewed Walton’s subsequent books Lost world of the Torah (see www.equip.org/article/interpreting-the-law-of-moses-relative-normative-or-something-in-between-a-review-of-the-lost-world-of-the-torah-by-john-h-walton-and-j-harvey-walton/) and Lost World of Adam and Eve (see www.equip.org/articles/the-lost-world-of-john-walton/ ) Hank would disagree w/ Walton on theistic evolution. Hank also believes Genesis 1-2 speak to the material creation of the universe.
I have been having trouble finding in Matthew what does it mean when it says “Let the reader Understand” when Jesus is talking on the Mount of Olives??
@BigCuban2988 The basic idea is that the abomination of desolation prophecy in Daniel was already fulfilled but Jesus is reapplying the abomination of desolation prophecy to another prediction that will result in the destruction of the temple. Jesus’ prediction of the abomination of desolations came to fulfillment in AD 70 with the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple So, let the reader understand.” See the article JAF3354 - Did Daniel Prophesy a Seven-Year Great Tribulation? www.equip.org/article/daniel-prophesy-seven-year-great-tribulation/
Weird! We'll have to tend to this one. You can get the complete "5 Reasons the Pre-Tribulational Rapture Theory is Unbiblical" video here: ua-cam.com/video/3o7uMGyMysw/v-deo.html
Yeah even look at at Exodus 13:16 (compare that to Revelation 13:16) it is symbolic. Interesting how these same chapters and verses are the same meaning
@Sean Garrison ~ Hank maintains the microchip interpretation is a misinterpretation of the biblical passage concerning the mark of the beast. See this article... www.equip.org/bible_answers/is-the-mark-of-the-beast-a-microchip-/
Yep, and Paul says that the whole world was blessed through that Seed of Abraham - Christ. Paul also states that all who believe (Jews or gentiles) are the true children of Abraham. Paul also states that those who are ONLY the physical children of Abraham are NOT part of that promise. If you don't like that, read Galatians, Romans, Hebrews - then complain to God about it.

Hank are you implying a microchip cannot at all be a mark of the beast?

@seangarrison do u think they had the 21st century in mind when it was written?
God told Abraham, “ I will bless those that bless you and I will curse those that curse you.” God has a plan for His people and God cannot lie.

Abraham was the father of “many nations” as well. But the seed of Abraham is Christ
