Thanks for the comment! Our favorite that box was the meatballs but they were all good. You can read our reviews with a list of favorites here www.mealfinds.com/everyplate-review/. These recipes are simple and tasty, very American style. The prep time for the pasta dish was only a minute or so, the other dishes with vegetables were longer. The recipe times, I’ve found, are pretty accurate for 2 person meal kits and may take a bit longer for 4 person meal kits bc there is more to prep and cook.
Mine did not come looking like that. The vegetables were not in bags exposed to the cardboard. Looks like they just threw everything in the box. Some of the Chiles and bell peppers were broke. Me personally I canceled right away as I was not comfortable with the way they packaged their product.

What if you're only cooking for one?
Thanks for the comment! The lowest serving size/plan is 2 servings. I recommend making the meal and eating it for dinner twice or dinner and lunch. You could get 3 recipes for 2 people and have dinner all week!
Why do all the meal kits love sour cream

Way more expensive than shopping at the grocery store.
Thanks for the comment! With the new customer offer servings are less than $1.50. So a meal for 4, with meat, is $6. I don’t think I could buy 20oz of ground beef for $6, let alone the sides/sauces 😁

@@bmack7762 I would say that the ingredients are similar to what you would find in a regular grocery store. Recipes are simple by design and don't include a lot of ingredients to keep the cost down. I like meal kits in general because they save me time planning and I like cooking new/interesting recipes :)

It actually really isn’t… at least in my state.. I absolutely can not go to the grocery store and put together 4 large meals with fresh meat and produce for $85-$95. Before I started doing every plate I was in a dinner rut where I kept making the same few recipes using a cooked rotisserie chicken from the grocery store as my protein because it’s all I could afford. We’ve been with EveryPlate since last October, we really do love it and I don’t see us canceling any time soon. It also saves me money because I’m not impulse buying things I don’t need, when I do go to the grocery store I’m in for a few items that I’m able to quickly grab, when before I was spending a lot of time in the store meal planning based on coupons and sales.
