Himmel is really the most influential backstory character. Every line of him hits so hard with his cold voice.

did u know denken didnt just use all those flashy spells against frieren for no reason? the tornado was because it was good against flying mages (previously it was shown that they couldnt levitate in a blizzard or they would be blown away) and fire from all sides is good against defensive magic as it comes in from all angles, forcing someone to fully shield around them and burns a lot of mana. these are good techniques against a mage that is stronger than denken was. he then tried to overwhelm frieren with catastravia as it forces her into defencive too and doesnt give a chance to counter attack. also notice how he uses the 'old' way of fighting and not the modern method of overwhelming physical mass instead
Stark always gets NPC to help him train when Frieren and Fern aren't around.

i work in the voice acting industry, and one thing i quickly realized is that little boy voices and adult female voices are interchangable. young boys sound like adult women and vice versa.

If it’s fantasy and adventure it could be Frieren.. but still the very best anime that I could think of is still that I mentioned first ( A place further than universe) is the best anime ever in my opinion

I agree freiren is the best anime on its type but i become bias cuz freiren is also the most perfect anime i know. I watched almost all anime. And still haven't seen a perfect one yet (ngnl was kinda but still no season 2 so maybe best lightnovel FOR ME) 😂
Episode 21 looks better than ep 20 because they hired other studio to animate eps 20 (outsource), so the main team of Madhouse (with top tier animators) can focus on more action-packed episodes
