Mercedes Sprinter Fuel Pump and Fuel Filter Replacement
In this video I have a 2015 Mercedes Sprinter with a 3.0 liter engine. This Sprinter has an intermittently failing fuel pump. during testing I found the engine had 0 fuel pressure due to a failed fuel pump. In this video I will walk you through how to replace this fuel pump and also will replace the fuel filter. Replacing the fuel filter is not difficult but a special pair of pliers is needed for the fuel line Clic Loc Clamps. Link below to the pliers. Let's get going.

This a great time to replace the rear brake lines on these , if you have any corrosion they alway pop right above the fuel tank on the rear most section. During a job like this is a great time to do it
