I hope you enjoy the tones ! :)
To make the Blues Mood (or any overdrive) more versatile i always add a "pre eq/shaper" , like in this video a "Paul C. Timmy" or a "Friedman Buxom Boost" .
The "Pre" Pedal is not used as a boost here but to trim off some lo and hi end. You can also use an EQ pedal but the 2 pedals i mentioned are more transparent !

Signal Chain:
Strat with Fender Custom Shop Fat 50 Pickups -- Mooer Blues Mood + Paul C Timmy (only used for overdrive, Timmy used as Bass & Hi Cut) -- Bluguitar Amp1 Clean Channel (Fender Blackface Clone) -- Two Notes Cab M (with 412 Greenbacks IR) -- Marshall 412 with Greenback (used only as load for amp)
Awesome, You've captured the strength of this pedal and great percussive playing. You pull the sound out of that pedal well. I believe in giving Cudos to a skillful player when I see and hear one as you are certainly. I have too many overdrives. Now I will have one more. Oh BTW I subscribed....Thank You
Sounds great. The pre eq is a great idea, I use an EQD Tone Job for the same purpose 👍
