6th job is a lot more work to produce than 5th job was, significantly more work, even when factoring in all 4 skills which came later and that was probably what he meant by the biggest update ever is because the amount of work to make 6th job happen was just that As a pure gameplay side of things, Big Bang is still the biggest update Maple ever had.
There was a surprise announcement at 5:40 p.m. on June 13th in Korean time. Level-up required experience requirements are reduced by approximately 16% at all levels after 270.
Thanks for keeping the series going. Watching this series from the start has been awesome, love seeing the constant grind. Hopefully we continue going strong on the videos in the upcoming updates. These videos really do make the days go by better.
Can I just check, since the experience for 200-260 have been decreased, will my characters above 260 be compensated with the additional experience that I’ve been gaining?
What will happen is that the current exp you have will stay as is, if you have more exp than the required level for the next patch, there will be an overflow for that level. You will have over 100% exp but you won't level up until you gain at least 1 exp. Once you level up, all of that overflow for that level will just go towards the next level instead. There is no "compensation" for levels that have already been completed.

Am I missing something or are those grandis dailies exp basically the same with the exception of shangri-la being new? They lowered the levels of the areas but decreased the exp reward with it, then claimed they increased the reward so it's more or less the same as pre-patch. Odium took a 9b hit to be replaced by shangri-la giving the same exp as old odium. so you're really only getting an extra 25b exp or so after this patch. surely this isn't right?
Old Grandis was 13+14+19+32. New Grandis is 16+19+23+32, which is about 12b higher than old Grandis (90b vs 78b). It's a bit of a small increase compared to everything else in this patch that has been buffed but still an increase nonetheless.
Super happy the channel will be pumping out content, it's super enjoyable to watch, keep it up homie. Question, the oz points you showed are not bossted by tower boost ring right?

The 280+ boss, nobody is talking about it, but her boots are very detailed and very much looks like the 250 set, eternal I think they call it? Perhaps, it is time for new boots that drops from her.
My opinion on New Age: Updates have been stale for quite a while now, nothing surprising. Every big update is (insert New Arcane/Grandis Area, New class(maybe?) and a obligatory coin cap event. Granted we got 6th job now, but this is just another system we didn't need, we need to streamline game progression and not to add new systems to Nexon's already questionable codebase/game balance. New Age to me just didn't hit any marks. New Age?, More like overhyped, its just more of the same.

these type of comments is why the koreans make fun of the “foreigners” and our thoughts process. Nexon isnt in it for the “streamline” for their playerbase. They’re in it to keep u playing, keep u SIT on ur ass and open maplestory 24/7 while trying to make u feel FOMO to the max. They can see that there’s only 811 level 285 players and they dont want that to be the stopping point for their players at all. They want their players to keep playing and keep grinding and it works. Kobe’s decision in keep going on with the Kms reboot series proves why nexon’s system works lmao
