I’ve only drank in Lichfield once and that was for a whiskey and beer taster session my brother in law brought me at the brew house and kitchen place. After that I was very drunk but we went round a few more. Will have to revisit without the 8 whiskeys (5 for each person but wife kept passing over the 1s she didn’t like). Thank you for the suggestions.
I grew up on Lichfield in the 70s we’ve traced my family tree goes back to late 1700s and they’re pretty much all from lich Whittington and Cannock..my uncle had the Acorn pub the Duke of York and the Little Barrow..the population back then was just over 20,000 when the ‘Barrett estate’ was Darnford farm etc..my mom remembers all the brummies being shipped in when they built Stowe estate..my Nan lived to 101yrs and lived in the same cottage on Sturgeons hill for 70yrs bless her👍🏽
How ...... A. Can you afford to spend everyday just walking around pubs in different cities? B. Are you not an alcoholic? I think your channel is brilliant but I don't really get how you're doing it or how you can sustain it long term without either killing yourself or going bankrupt 😂😂
Hahahahaha... the content we put out is now monetised mate so it is slowly starting to help ease the costs 😂... and the more we build, the more it will rise hopefully. Luckily I've always been able to handle a beer haha... and doing this at a sensible pace and drinking halves, usually sees me alright...
At the moment, it's about 3 days a week as full on crawls (this week 4 as it's a Bank Holiday Weekend haha) and 1 or 2 nights out to a country pub for a food review video
I am slowly binging the whole series. Cracking job.
