- Let me know what you think of the new Sega Genesis handheld from Hyperkin called the Mega 95? I think it has potential but only time will tell.

I have alot of hyperkin products and they are very reliable and would definitely get one and if its 60$ for sure I'm getting one even if its 100 I'm still in

I really want to like and get excited for something like this. However, Hyperkin isn't known for their quality. I think it needs to be priced at $100 with the dock. We have so many options now a days.
Totally agree, it's cool but not something I would probably buy. I am glad to see products like this released but like rexershow said in a comment "Hyperkin isn't that great, but their not horrible either" LOL, that should be their slogan

I have to admit to being a little hyped for this. I love portable consoles that play cartridges. I'm one of the few people that really loves the MyArcade RetroChamp that is similar to this in function but for NES games. While there are a gazillion handhelds that perfectly emulate retro games, there is (to me) something special about being able to insert real carts. I'll pre-order this as soon as it's possible to doso, especially if it sits around the $99-150 price point. Great video! 💥💥👊💥💥

I’m going to stick to the new Anbernic RG Arc. Emulation is still good with me also the handheld is light, enjoying mine so far.
Yeah, no point in getting this unless you have a large genesis collection and want to play them portably

Cool vid. I do love me some SEGA, but will stick to my Batocera box for home, and my Vita for on the go

I have the Supaboy by Hyperkin and i like it. It could be better but for price its well worth it IMO. I would be willing to pay up to $150.00 for this Sega Handheld, depending on its screen quality and compatibility with the sega game library. Guess we'll just have to wait and see lol. Mildly interested for Genesis on the go. Home needs have been met by Analogue Mega SG for a few years. Price and quality are key. I'm a Sega junkie so it might be able to replace my long dead Nomad.
Price is definitely key, $99 or less would be even better

Pretty cool but a little too expensive to me. I might snag one someday because I loved the Genesis and stuff but only if this drops to maybe like $80.
Pricing isn't released yet so it could be lower. If they were smart they should do a pre-order price of 69.99. I think it would sell better since there are so many other ways of playing Genesis games in the price range

Let's be honest. If this does not play all the library and run the games correctly then there's no need to buy this product. You've got other options to play these games without hardware or emulation problems so no need to waste any 💰 if it doesn't do what it's suppose to do which is play the games.
Agreed, it's not something I'm getting but just letting people know it's coming out. It's cook but not something I necessarily need
if you can't play Master System Games on it too; then it's inferior to the Nomad, and shouldn't release.
Sega master system was crap anyways
