I've got 3 of them style of 33's and a 1958 Shakespeare 1810 I like working on them the 1810 was barely working cleaned it up and now it's like new nice video thanks for posting
Thanks I love the old 33s. Those Shakespeare underspins are awesome, too. Like you, I get a kick out of taking "farm fresh" old reels and making them work like new. I like to use them, too.
Getting an exact year would require more detailed information (rivet size and position, frame design, anti-reverse switch shape, etc.). But a two rivet Lexan would date between 1969 to 1974.
That's awesome. I have some of those also. The first Zebco (known as the "Standard") was introduced in 1949. Both the Model 11 and Model 22 were introduced in 1953. The model 11 was produced until 1968, and the model 22 was produced until 1973.

I have a dual rivet lexan reel. What year would that be?

That particular reel body is made steel not lexan
