don't fall for it. kenya is overpriced and corrupt. government is run and managed by cartels and electioneering is day to day living amid idleness and theft. Rwanda is better managed, has better property values and long-term planning is feasible given the stable political leadership and sound economic policies.

Tatu city is being done by private developers on private land, and using private funds. For reasons best known to the investors, they chose Kiambu county to invest in. But any serious investors hire financial experts to advice on the financial viability, risk and ROI of projects. If the expert advisors establish that Kiambu is the best location in terms of viability, risk, and ROI, it's futile to question why all mega projects are being done in Kiambu. Why should any rational investor go and build a mega city in Isiolo/Marsabit/Taita/Nyeri while the math shows that Kiambu is the place to invest? It's about ROI, and not politics. Many investors are interested in ROI and not in the fair geographical distribution of mega projects.
Konza is hugely subsidized by GoK, and is on GoK land, and it is still underway, though slowly. Most investors want to be close to the action (Nairobi) so do some more research to improve your argument. Don't reduce every issue to be about tribe.
