As a black American who’s a mechanical engineer!! This is amazing 🙌🏿🙌🏿, why is kenya so economically/infrastructure more progressive than Nigeria/west Africa
don't fall for it. kenya is overpriced and corrupt. government is run and managed by cartels and electioneering is day to day living amid idleness and theft. Rwanda is better managed, has better property values and long-term planning is feasible given the stable political leadership and sound economic policies.
Hi, at lifestyle heights their is nothing green about it. The developers should have used solar lighting for the outside lighting and put solar for water heating fo r all apartments not just a few.
So the tribalistic cabal killed konza technopolis in machakos county do that tatu could thrive in kiambu.....do kenyans ever wonder why all mega projects are going to kiambu....thika road, new city being built by the despots family....they build capacity and financial power House what about the rest of the country...????
Av also noticed it.Thats why Mombasa port services is being transferred to thika by force. They wish they could also carry the ocean water to thika so that ships will land in thika instead of Mombasa.
Tatu city is being done by private developers on private land, and using private funds. For reasons best known to the investors, they chose Kiambu county to invest in. But any serious investors hire financial experts to advice on the financial viability, risk and ROI of projects. If the expert advisors establish that Kiambu is the best location in terms of viability, risk, and ROI, it's futile to question why all mega projects are being done in Kiambu. Why should any rational investor go and build a mega city in Isiolo/Marsabit/Taita/Nyeri while the math shows that Kiambu is the place to invest? It's about ROI, and not politics. Many investors are interested in ROI and not in the fair geographical distribution of mega projects. Konza is hugely subsidized by GoK, and is on GoK land, and it is still underway, though slowly. Most investors want to be close to the action (Nairobi) so do some more research to improve your argument. Don't reduce every issue to be about tribe.
You sound very stupid, this a private project with private investors with very little government intervention , perhaps you should help konza with an investment instead of exposing your stupidity online
