This is surprisingly well made, input filter - present, soft start - present, transformer looks like it can handle ~2kW, output inductor - present, board is conformally coated - metallic dust shouldn't be problem as well. The only thing I'm curious about - what output diodes it uses - generally TO-247/TO-3P diodes are 2x30A > 120A, but no margin, but thats just speculation.
Is this one DC negative or have they just made it DC positive..? Info in various forums and the Tube say that flux core should go DC negative for better performance...
