Yeah, that was... Unexpected. Two dead crew members and it still won an engagement. The second penetration didn't seem to do any damage either. A rare bit of good luck with my armour.
Okeh, so there weren't any PzIVs anywhere near Carentan in June 44. And the town doesn't have a cathedral. But, you have to play with what you are given, and it is still a well made video.
Sending scout teams ahead of your main push would help to resolve the "I thought all the Germans in this building were dead" problem, and the "I thought there were doors on this side of the building" problem. As the saying goes, never send a platoon anywhere you haven't sent a squad, and never send a squad anywhere you haven't sent a team.
Excellent advice. The tournament games tend to only be 30-35 turns so I was worried about running out of time and started taking shortcuts. My pixeltruppen paid the price.
I think this needs a high level view of the map and an outline of your plan at the start like you did with your other video’s, otherwise it is a bit confusing to figure out what is going on.
Sorry about that, since this was a tournament game it was played over the automated PBEM++ system so I don't have a save of every turn like I do when I play a manual PBEM game. I recorded highlights of every turn while playing then edited them together and did a voiceover after and I may have forgotten to take any screenshots of the map as a whole.
Ah, I see. I thought it seemed quite a different approach. No problem, I found the map, it is one corner of one of the Battle Pack 2 maps, so I can largely follow the action now! Thanks for making these videos, really appreciate it.
"Check where the doors are". Very sound advice.
Nice BR, that the Sherman won against the PZ IV ist close to a miracle. I hope you gave those guys some beer after.

It's a beautiful map! Nice game play! Let me know if your up for a pbem match...

Yeah, the scenario briefing did say it was "loosely historical".
@@valdusaurelian I look forward to seeing you play this as the Axis.
